I'm 37, currently unemployed *sigh*, married with one daughter.

I'm a long time gamer, comic book geek and collector of odd things (pirate stuff, action figures, skull stuff).

I used to be (many, many years ago) a live steel stage swordfighter at my local renaissance festival until my knee decided to take a vacation without me.

Paganwise, I'm a Soldier of Ares and a natural Chaos generator (some call me Discordian, some call me SubGenius, some call me Tim).

I'm First Bouncer around here, which means I'm probably going to be the one you deal with if you start any trouble (which I'm hoping won't happen). I don't start trouble, but I damn sure finish it. So play nice...please.

Hello everyone! I am PJ, or if you prefer, Patriciaj. I am a single mother of 2 young adults that I adore immensely. If I have to have a label, I would have to say that my spirituality is eclectic. I believe there can't be light without dark, night without day, good without bad, female without male, hard without soft, or a circle without a square. I believe that you get what you give, eventually.

I have been in unhealthy relationships most of my life, so I choose to remain single. It hurts way less. Maybe someday there will be someone in my life, but I am not going to hold my breath.

I am working part time in a greenhouse, but that is ending next week. I have been a bartender for the last 22 years of my life until I was recently fired. Sometimes when the goddess wants to be heard she can kick pretty hard to get your attention.  I believe that things happen for a reason and I am still trying to figure out what that reason is. Maybe it is this graphic arts position that I applied for. Anyway...

I love the outdoors and laying on my floatie in river. That is the best. I make bath and beauty products. I love playing on the puter messing with graphics. So if anyone would like a banner or a rotation done for them, I would love to do that for you. All you have to do is ask and I will see what I can come up with.

Well, I am going to stop boring you all for now. If there is anything you would like to know, just ask.

HEY!!! I resemble that remark!    For those who don't know me, my two passions (other than my hubby DocBruce and my daughter) are horror & chocolate.  AmaKaliani has graciously created subforums for my stories - please check them out and give me your opinions.  I'm also comic geek, I love sci-fi and fantasy almost as much as horror, and I prefer action to romantic comedy - give me Arnold over Hugh Grant any day!  I have the complete Harry Potter collection, 20-some-odd action figures including several Catwomans and a couple Harley Quinns, and the first seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Babylon 5. 

As for chocolate - I love to bake, and I just posted a killer fudge recipe in the chocolate thread.  I also make a French bread braid that I have to make two of - Doc will eat one by himself straight out of the oven.    I think that's enough rambling... other than to say, if you're a horror fan at all, check out the link in my siggy - it's a VERY cool site for women in horror, by women in horror.  Good to see ya!
