1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease 8" square baking pan. In bowl, mix biscuit mix, cocoa, 1 c. sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 c. syrup & vanilla. Spoon into pan. In sm. bowl, combine remaining sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. syrup & water, pour carefully over mixture in pan (do not stir). Bake 25 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pan. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve warm.  Refrigerate leftovers.  Makes 4-6 servings.
