As I'm sure you've all noticed, I'm raiding my massive files to bulk up this thread. I haven't tried every recipe I post - hell, I haven't tried most of them, I just collect them.    

Not all recipes have nutritional information listed, but I've added it for those I have it for.  On diabetic recipes especially, I make no guarantees that the recipes will be appropriate for each individual's dietary needs.  Copy those you're interested in and discuss it with your doctor if you're not absolutely sure.  I'm passionate for desserts, probably more than most, and I loving sharing that love. But please, don't eat anything that might hurt you.  The Chocolate wouldn't want that.
