	I know I'm posting alot in here, but I'm trying to liven thing's up. I thought I would start a thread where we can just chat about what's going on, or just get to know each other.

	Why thank you, a friend made that for me. Oddly enough I see we already had an aphordite on the board before. But I wasn't willing to give up my sig. I'm good. Just getting ready for work at the moment, Haven't been to work in over a week. I think tonight's probably going to kick my ass.

	HELLO EVERYONE. I'm here, finally. PC problems, life, grief, falling down, getting up again - you know the form. LOL. On glancing at a previous thread I realise that I may have missed some high drama. Since I was not privy to the episode and know nothing about it I will say no more on that subject. I would love to post a pic but don't seem to be able to! Can anyone help? I look forward to getting to know everyone better. XX

	Under my name! I have tried and tried to post my own pic - it just doesn't seem to appear! Since I can manage to do it on other sites I am mystified ha ha.

	Take the image you want to use as post it as an attachment on a reply. Use a thread in the Images forum. Click on it to get the address and then use that in your profile. If you still have trouble PM me -- I'm up to my hairline in the Castle posts -- and I'll see what I can do.

	I'm of the opinion that Xena liked men very well indeed and the whole "subtext" thing was just a cover to keep all but the most obnoxious males away -- but that is a WHOLE 'nother thing! If I ever get the Castle under control, I've gotta finish that Xena story....

	I've watched a couple of episodes, and the one I watched she seems to have great fun luring them in, only to kill them in the last 5 minutes...

	I watched the entire series from beginning to end and frankly, the tone and quality -- in my opinion -- declined over time, especially after the 3rd Season. In the early episodes, both Xena and Gabrielle gave every indication that they were heterosexual. It was not until later in the series that the decision was apparently made to encourage the impression that they were lovers. While I have nothing against same sex relationships what I did resent in this case was the dragging out of the old stereotype that a strong, independent woman HAS to be a lesbian.
