There is a possibility of an iron imbalance anemia.  If you can, broccoli with real cheese sauce might help.

I got a blood test a year and a half back 'cus I have a tendency to get very bad dizzy spells and the doc said there was nothing wrong with my iron levels, even though I was veggie at the time, but I'll try it next time they serve broccoli....

Potassium, niacin, and B12 all help with tiredness. There is some new research that seems to indicate that B12 boosts a lot of stuff, including helping with crankiness and mood swings.

What foods provide vitamin B12?
Vitamin B12 is naturally found in foods that come from animals, including fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products. Fortified breakfast cereals are a particularly valuable source of vitamin B12 for vegetarians [5-7]. Table 1 lists a variety of food sources of vitamin B12.

Considering that the liver is the body's "toxin filter" I can't see eating it. My mom loved liver and onions but I would never eat it.  Grin The smell of frying liver made me gag.
