Gods, I wish! But Skywise isn't home. Miss Maggie is a glutton for attention and she loves to sleep in my lap while I'm working. She's been playing and decided that now is a good time for a nap. I haven't the heart to tell her "No."

Not really.   Grin I'm "feline furniture" a lot of the time. This little girl is special. She was nearly dead when we found her. We are pretty sure that someone dumped her but before that happened, she had someone who loved her. She is so sweet and loving and can't get enough attention. I really can't deny her anything.

Well, I've managed to pare 199 posts down to 101 or thereabouts, the count isn't final due the necessity of inserting new posts SO THE STORY MAKES SENSE!!! [See previous posts about snippy little twit causing trouble...] I'm still trying to come up with a subplot to replace the one I have to delete. The original is "based" on something that appeared in a comic back in the 80s so it would have to go regardless for the novels. And frankly, if I can come up with a way to get rid of the need of it all together, I will. All I really need is a reason for the werewolves to hang around....

Ugg....

At the RPGC, I've been asked to do a quick NPC for a Call of Cthulhu type pbp game.  (Ia! Ia! Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn!)  I really didn't feel like doing it when it came time to type it up, but I did because I said I would.  Just now, I went to post it, and I'm getting a "hold" because one of the players is going to be posting something that needs to occur before I post it.  (It's a taxi driver...who's a ghost...taking the kids to a murder scene.)

I just want to get it done, so I can be finished with it.

This post did help me a bit, because I did get a chance to add Cthulhu, ph'nglui, mglw'nafh, R'lyeh, wgah'nagl, and fhtagn to my spell-checker!
