	Well, despite the best efforts of Mother Nature, we did not get washed away last night. Today's weather calls for more storms as does Thursday's forecast so don't worry if I'm not around when you think I should be. We will just be sitting out a storm.

	We have a cold front moving through right now. The next couple of days should be interesting. We are on some of the highest ground in the county with a sizable ravine just west/northwest of the house so flooding isn't much of a worry. High winds and lightning are the main worries. And, of course, tornadoes.

	I am sitting here giggling over the prospect of writing more "Darklord Kodiak in Ares' Boot Camp" pieces for the Castle. I shall have to revisit my notes about that time and see what mean things I -- or rather Ares -- can do to the Darklord who, after all, did run out on his Lady and break her heart on more than one occasion ....

	sigh There is a large red blob of a thunderstorm to the west/southwest and it is headed this way. I will be disappearing shortly. I'll be back once it passes, provided that we don't lose power. Everyone be safe.

	Move to Indiana. Thunderstorms are an almost daily occurrence here in the spring. We don't have as many in the summer but it picks up again in the fall and continues into winter. Not for wimps is Indiana weather. Grasshopper is a little charmer and he wants Mom to play too. Last I heard, Bladey was resisting the temptation...

I get on a roll and I have to shut down because of another dratted thunderstorm!!

I've forgotten to do that during a thunderstorm and lost about 15 pages of GOOOOOD writing... Talk about being PO'd. (Which I'm sure you know... )
