	I never wear a heel higher than an inch and a half. And NO spikes under any circumstances! You never know when you are going to have to run or fight. If I can get away with wearing athletic shoes, that's what I wear! I'm hopeless, I guess. Not very "girly" at all.

	I never wear anything over an inch, but it's because i'm used to my heavy because of the amount of knives in them, stomping on peoples toes shoes...hang on a minute..even my heels have knives in them...in the heels themselves!!

	Adam hands his clipboard to Penth, strips off his shirt and joins Blade on the mat. There follows as fierce a non-lethal struggle as Penth has ever seen. Adam is pushing Blade to his absolute limit and as Penth reads over Adam's notes, she understands why. I wonder.. she thinks.....
