	"I won't be needing a spell," Adam replies. "I don't need to be in top form tomorrow night but our young champion here might. Now that I know what he can do when pressed, I can work out a strategy for each opponent." He looks at Blade. "Get a good night's sleep and feed. I'll be here tomorrow no later than noon for a final workout and briefing." With a nod to Penth, he leaves. Both Penth and Blade notice that he is limping slightly.

	By the time PD changed back inot herself and was out of the shower Penth was in her quarters waiting for her. PD mixed some of her special painkiller, having found while in the shower that she really needed it, and climbed into her bed. Once she was settled, Penth cast the healing spell and slipped in an additional sleep spell as well. Once she was sure that PD was asleep and that the healing spell was working like it was supposed to, Penth slipped out of PD's rooms and headed for her own. It had been a long day and a longer night.....

	Finally back in her room for the night, Penth shed her clothes and settled into a bubble bath, letting the water leech away all the tension and most of the fatigue of the last 36 hours. Once she was sufficiently relaxed but before she fell asleep, she climbed out and dressed for bed. Then, with Sassy looking on, she lit the candle that she had promised herself that she would light for their Sire. For a time she stood quietly and prayed to Hecate for his health, safety and happiness on his journey. Then with a final bow to Hecate and a lingering look at the small photograph of him that she kept on her altar, Penth sought her bed and with Sassy purring in her ear quickly fell asleep.

	PD woke early the next morning, feeling a little achy but fine. she heads into the club to get her uusual mug of breakfast coffee

	Penth joins her a short time later and settles at their table with her iced tea, laptop and the night's cash receipts. With several minions nearby serving as guards, Penth starts counting the cash between swallows of tea. "I didn't feel like being cooped up in my office this morning," she says.

	At that, Penth nods to the nearest minion who falls out with a companion and goes to change. "Fine with me. You can leave as soon as your escort is ready. And don't give me any argument about it. We are taking no chances with you." Penth winks. "Someone might decide that grabbing Blade's sister would be a good way to get him to throw the fight."

	Penth shakes her head and chuckles, knowing that having been told to stay out of trouble, PD was likely to go looking for some and from the expressions on their faces, her escorts were thinking the same thing!

	By that time, Penth has finished with the banking chores and has sent the Club's bank deposit to the bank with a courier. When PD enters the Club, Penth is meeting with the construction manager in charge of the renovations to the mansion on top the building that the Club occupies.

	"Feeling better?" With a nod, the construction manager leaves. "I just got the final report. The interior designer needs to take care of a couple of small things and then we will be the proud owners of a multimillion dollar mansion with six bedrooms and two master suites."
