	It is, very. Our Sire made all the arrangements when he bought the building. I've just been overseeing the details. Everything is finally done and I have no idea what to do with it. [Note: Remember the Osborn Mansion in the Spider-Man movies? That is what we are talking about here.]

	Penth steals at glance at PD's running partners. They're recovering nicely, she thinks. "I'm sure that your escorts just need some time to reach your obscene level of fitness. Although if you want a dog, I have no objection. Sassy probably would though...." On cue, Penth's cat jumps onto the table.

	Then you probably don't need my permission to get a horse or a pony. You make the stabling arrangements and see to the other particulars like vet care and I'll have no objections. Just don't plan on making the Club's parking garage into a stable. We aren't zoned for it and it wouldn't be fair to the horse.

	Penth shakes her head. "If you can find something suitable that doesn't cost an arm, a leg and the services of either of us as a love slave, I see no reason why we can't have some country property. This is a good area for horses so they would be happy."

	well, we could make a profit from events, and loan of the X-co course, and we need a school, then I can give lessons, and it would be a good place to break any horses in....

	after an afternoon of househunting, PD returns with the results. the house she chose is a 3 bedroom manor house, with estate and extensive grounds, with a stable already built, and although needs a little work (as all houses do) it is very good quality for the low asking price. "What d'you think?" she asks Penth

	Hmmmm. Looks good, the repairs/upgrades don't look too extensive although we might need to add a few bedrooms if our "family" expands. We'll need some sort of guest house but there is plenty of room for that. I'm wondering why the price is so low though.

A bare majority had pledged their support and he had their pledges in hand but for the sake of their community, he wanted the decision to be unanimous or nearly so. Theirs was a small community and any further conflict between them would leave them open to their enemies. Most of his fellow Heads of House realized that as they had realized the merits of his proposed candidate. The rest would be persuaded. He picked up the phone....

	Penth knows the inevitable when she hears it. PD has her heart set on that property. She gets the real estate agent that handled the purchase of the Club building and their "event" venue on the phone and gets her started on negotiating the purchase.

	Penth smiles at PD, finding it nice to know that she has interests beyond delivering sudden death in various forms. "I probably shouldn't mention this but I've never been on a horse in my life. Living on a horse farm -- cause I have a feeling that is what we are going to end up doing -- is going to be a new experience for me."
