	Penth's phone rings and she answers it. "That's very interesting. Yes, make the offer. Oh? That's interesting." Looks over at PD who is totally engrossed in her searches. "Yes, I have a feeling that an additional 300 acres would be a good idea. Put in an offer on that too." Smiling, she hangs up.

	Penth can practically hear the wheels buzzing in PD's head. "The bottomland is flood prone so I'm thinking that we can let it go back to its natural state. It was going to be developed but the developers went bankrupt and the bank foreclosed on it. They want to unload it and are willing to take any reasonable offer -- which we have just made."

	If nothing else, we will have plenty of privacy. Rather important for a couple of nocturnally inclined ladies such as ourselves. I'll still need to be here to run the Club but the house we're bidding on is only about 40 minutes out of town. And I can always use gating spells to go back and forth.

	Penth checks her watch. "You might want to remind your brother that Adam will be here in half an hour for one last workout and briefing. The championship will be decided tonight. It is a good thing that Blade got a good workout last night since he's pretty much goofed off today." Then she grinned. "I told anyone that asked that he was in seclusion and meditating."

	The expression on PD's face as she suddenly remembers the scheduled fights that will take place in only a few more hours is priceless. Penth giggles. Everything else will keep. We shouldn't be arranging for horses, feed, tack and the Gods know what else until we have someplace to put it and our offers on those properties haven't been accepted yet. Blade's prize money will come in handy for expenses, so he'd better win! "I think that you had better go roust him out of his meditation. I'd do it but I have some club business to take care of before I leave for the tournament tonight."

	Adam arrives first, still limping slightly, and Penth arrives directly after. She catches "Blade's" eye from where she is standing behind Adam. *I just heard from the real estate agent. No unmanly squeals of delight now but both our offers have been accepted. We show them the cash and both places are ours.*

I can be creative and we can use the "mystery cash" that was delivered right after your first win.* Adam notices Penth behind him and she smiles. "How are you feeling, Adam?' 	Penth rolls her eyes and Adam laughs. "Careful, young man," Penth replies, "or I'll really ruin your fun!" Chuckling, Adam takes over. "First I want to go over our strategy for the fights and then stretching and a light workout. It is going to be a madhouse at the arena and we can't count on being able to prepare there." Blade nodded and they set to work. Penth was in and out until it was time for Blade and Adam to leave. As before, Adam went ahead while Penth delivered Blade. Hugh and the driver brought the car around and they headed out.

	Penth looks out the car window at the mass of people and media outside the arena. *Looks like it has already started. I'll get out here and the car will take you to the fighters' entrance. Hopefully, security will keep that entrance secure.* With that, the car came to a stop and Penth got out, closing the door quickly. As the car pulled away, she was recognized as the owner of the venue and the very close friend of the new MMA phenom's twin sister. She was immediately besieged. *Remind me again why I let you talk me into this!* she sent before turning her attention to the microphones and cameras in front of her.....

	Past scenes of the Club in various stages of "wrecked" pass through Penth's mind as she manages to free herself from the clutches of the media. *Oh, that is why. I remember now. Although to be fair, you weren't responsible for the .50 caliber bullet holes.* Fortunately for Penth, event security spotted her and with a burly escort on the job she finally gets to her private box. If Blade gets any more famous, I'm going to need more security every time he fights. And people are going to wonder why his sister never attends. We're going to have to work on that problem. But later.
