	Sounds like your day is planned. I'll take care of the legal matters then. And I'll get back in touch with the decorator and architect that did the upstairs mansion and tell them we will probably have another job for them.

	Behind her, Penth laughs and then gets to work. Club business first, she tells herself and digs into it. Once the bank deposit is ready and the business accounts brought up to date, she'll turn her attention to land acquisition, manor house remodeling and the decorating thereof! She'll leave the details of 'horse part" of the enterprise to PD who obviously enjoys it.

	Laughs. "I won't worry then. I'll get with the real estate agent and make arrangements to get the deals finalized and all the papers signed and recorded. Since we are going to make one estate out of it, we'll need a new survey for the Recorder's Office but you don't need to worry about that. Just don't get jumpy if you see guys with survey equipment out there." Post #12,500 for the site.

	we've got a set of 5 stables and all of them in pretty good nick...the tack and feed rooms could use a bit of work but they'll keep things dry as they are
