	*Well don't get too far ahead of me!* Penth laughs. I just took a call from the bank, the papers on the acreage are ready to sign. I expect that the real estate agent with have the paperwork for the house and stables ready later in the day. The seller wants the money immediately and we just happen to have it without having to get financing.
