	As PD takes care of the details, Penth's cell phone rings. She answers and finds a text message. She calls the sender back and then snaps the phone closed. "I'm going to have to pass on lunch, little sister. I'm needed back in the city. It's nothing you need to worry about. At least, I don't think that it is. Anyway, I've got to roll. Give my love to Twist and I'll see you back at the Club." Penth hugs PD.

	Penth gets on her bike and heads back into the city at her best speed. She has an audience with members of the Vampires' Council and protocol -- not to mention respect and good manners -- require a quick shower and a change of clothes before she goes to the meeting! One does not meet the most powerful members of your community dressed for the barn and smelling of horses if you can help it!

	A little over an hour after leaving PD, Penth was admitted to the presence of Carl Lycan and several other members of the Vampires' Council. To her surprise, there were several others there who were, like herself, Houseless. Once the pleasantries were out of the way, she took the indicated seat and gave respectful attention to a young looking vampire male who stood to give them a briefing.
