	The writing is going well and everything is peaceful and serene here in the Hall. I'm gonna have to start on the laundry soon and I keep wanting to fool with graph paper and work on the dream house design. I'm thinking I'm going to put the builder's website on a new tab for reference and "multi-task" a bit. I don't know where the money for the dream house will come from but if the Gods want it to be, it will come from somewhere! Probably the Powerball Lottery since neither Skywise nor I have extremely rich relatives!

	It is 34 degrees in town. It is raining. The freezing rain is supposed to stay north of Indianapolis. fingers crossed The only weather I hate more than "freezing rain" is "tornado" and it is a close race between them. With a tornado, there is a chance it will miss you. Freezing rain is an equal opportunity spreader of misery...

	Good news: the writing is going really well! The bad news: It's still raining and the temperature has dropped a degree and there aren't that many degrees that it can drop! It isn't expected to get cold enough to snow so if the temp drops to freezing, it will all be ice. Just so you know, if I'm not around by tomorrow afternoon, assume that my power is out.....sigh

	The dishwasher is loaded and running, the temperature is holding at 33 degrees and the rain -- at the moment -- is barely a mist. And the sites I normally go to for amusement are letting me down tonight. Poo! And Moonlight won't be on tonight either but a new episode is coming next week so I'll be looking forward to that and the new episode of Smallville! I do hope the Writer's Guild strike is settled soon! And as a side note..... I wonder if I should cultivate a taste for klah......

	Morning! It is just at 32 degrees but it isn't raining at present! We will be heading out shortly. Skywise has to work tonight so I'll have another evening of bad weather to sweat out. How bad I won't know until I can get a weather report later. Everyone be safe!

	wave We made it back a few hours ago, the kids have had the computer. It's raining again sigh but the temperature is 36 in town. I hope that it stays there! He has tomorrow off. I don't know what we'll do. Christmas shopping on a Sunday is NOT our favorite thing to do. I'm still thinking about what to get him..... I know. I know... get the lead out, Penth!!

	One last bit to write and I'll be done with the Monster Hunt section! And since I must come up with something suitably hilarious for this bit and my little writer brain is coming up empty at the moment, I'm going to head out for the evening and "rest the little grey cells!" Everyone sleep well and be safe, especially if you live in one of the areas having nasty/dangerous weather this weekend! I'm thinking about you, so don't make me worry! And I almost forgot. 	Gonna be offline for awhile. We've 2 -- that's right two -- new 24 inch iMacs and we are getting them set up. We haven't got the stuff for the network yet so that will come a bit later. I don't when I'll be back but I will be! Be safe!!

	hehehehehehe! I'm back! I am now coming to you from a brand new, factory fresh iMac! This one is in the dining room -- Command Central is still under construction but we are back online.

	Back again! Skywise had some work to do on the comp before he left for work. He's got the late shift tonight and he's not going to feel like fooling with the computer when he gets back! LOL One important thing we've found out is that the new generation of iMacs don't have internal modems. Fortunately, since the internal modem on the eMac blew in the summer of '06 we have been using an external modem which we were able to switch over to this machine. Otherwise I'd be gone from here a lot longer than I'd first planned!! We will be ordering some more modems! I'm probably going to spend part of the evening transferring bookmarks. Moonie too. Oh! And as part of the package we got a new scanner printer. We've been wanting a scanner so Moonie could put her art up here and on DEVIANTart. As soon as we have everything hooked up and squared away, look for MOONIE'S CREATURE CREATION WORKSHOP -- or whatever she decides to call it! And once I have the new word processing program straight in my head, I'll be back working on and posting the Castle.

	Well, I'm slowly getting my bookmark list put together. I'm starting with the ones I use the most and working my way outwards! It's tedious but worth it to have such a HUGE screen. Of course, the pictures on the screen saver are now HUGE as well -- including the nude of me that Skywise put in the rotation! I don't look too bad if I do say so myself! LOL

	My bookmarks list continues to grow. Moonie took the comp for a while and got some of her favorite sites bookmarked. I really like the "touch" on this keyboard -- very easy on the fingers and nearly completely silent. We don't have the email set up yet so if you have sent me one, I haven't got to it yet. I'll leave the email configuration to Skywise since HE is the one who set it up in the first place and I don't wanna muck it up! I'm still working on that last bit I need for the Castle. It concerns the Lord Marshall's early days in Ares' Boot Camp and I need to come up with something "suitable." hehehehehe I may consult with Skywise or just allude to what is happening and do more research into the indignities men could inflict on each other in military barracks at a later time!

	Well, so far so good! Spirit was able to find her You-Tubes and no problems so far. The computer has been on for over 12 hours nonstop. And Skywise is home! Yippee!!

	I'm here finally! LOL Skywise has just left for work. He worked on the computer last night until 4 a.m., slept until a bit after noon and then dove back in again. He took a break when we went into town for a late lunch and went back to work when we got back. There is currently a download in progress and I am instructed to answer "yes" when the computer asks me a question about it. lol He was trying to remember the exact question that the computer would ask and I just told him that all I needed to know what the correct answer! We haven't gotten the second computer set up yet. He wants to get this one squared away before he starts on the next one. Hopefully, the set up on the second one will go faster!
