	Grabs site in a rib crushing hug! I managed to get some work done on the Castle yesterday but, frankly, I spent most of the day waiting on the server company to a.) get back to me and b.) figure out what the heck was wrong and FIX it. Which they had not done by the time I gave up and went to bed last night. That may be why I dreamed of cranky dragons on the roof of the local Wal-Mart. Or my subconscious might have been simply amusing itself. Considering what I normally write, a fire breathing dragon on the roof of a major chain store isn't that much of a stretch and would probably be a good springboard for a movie if I were so inclined. Maybe I can tweak the image and use it somewhere else.... I will now endeavor to do today what I would have done yesterday if I hadn't been sitting by the email and fretting...

	Afternoon! It's 64 degrees here right now and the kitties love it. They've been running in and out all morning. It's supposed to me mild until Wednesday and then start to get cold again. At this rate, it will be Spring with no long stretch of really cold snowy weather.

	Hmmmmm.. Need snackie. We're out of eggs. [NEVER buying eggs at Wal-Mart again!] Can't make tuna salad or bean salad -- which I'm really craving at the moment! -- without hard boiled eggs. [Skywise has been craving deviled eggs. I'm getting 3 dozen at the store tomorrow!] Still hungry... Thank the Gods for Jif and Smucker's Black Raspberry Jam!

There is a new look to the PM system -- more user friendly, I think -- and I've just learned that the print in the reply window is bigger than it was! Thank YaBB! I can actually see what I'm typing! 	I'm still trying to find that new character's name. I'll admit that it hasn't been my top priority the last few days! But I've done some editing and some thinking -- especially about publishing -- and when we are done testing everything, I'll be getting back at it.

	Oh hum, I have just now read yet another post -- elsewhere -- where some individual is making "promises" he can't keep, making veiled threats and doing the "pounding the chest and acting tough" routine. Ninety nine percent of these turkeys couldn't magick their way out of a wet paper bag and going the purely physical route would get them arrested. Provided of course, they have what it takes to back up the tough talk. My money says, they don't. Of course, if you "present" yourself to the Universe as someone who can handle trouble and is looking for it, the Universe will oblige and send trouble your way. And if you can't handle it, well, tough. You said that you could. Loudly. And at length. I'm tired of people trying to cover up their own fear and inadequacies by strutting around like Richard Pryor (in a movie whose title I can't remember) saying "I'm bad! I'm bad!" I have an iron clad rule: Don't make a promise you can't keep or a threat you don't have the strength, ability and/or will to carry out. To do otherwise will quickly get you marked as a *joke. stepping down from soapbox*

	Yawn! Tomorrow is payday and thank the Gods, Skywise has the day off -- or at least he is supposed to. Off days are subject to change without notice lately! So we will be heading out as early as our need for sleep will permit. I don't know when I'll be back but with two computers hooked to the web, I should be able to get some comp time! 	Back again! We now have 3 gigabytes of memory on each of these iMacs. Skywise ordered the memory yesterday, it arrived today and he installed it this afternoon. muwahahahahahahahaha! My plan to take over the world should really take off now...

	Spirit is not real happy with me. I pulled the plug on her YouTube watching. She was at it all day and night yesterday and for the last four hours since we got home. I wouldn't mind so much if we had a high speed connection but the YouTubes gobble up so much bandwidth on dial up that no one else can do much of anything online while a large one is loading. So, I took back the Command Center Computer so I could get some work done!

	I've finished the "First Edit" on all the remaining Castle posts -- 2299 if I recall correctly. So now I gotta get serious. I have to decide what to discard, what to keep, what to change and how I can develop it all for the first novel. Again.. Reading through it all made me laugh a lot. I've already started on some of the chapters for Book One, writing the various scenes as they occurred to me. I'm hoping that by the end of the month or shortly thereafter, I'll have all the rewritten posts for Book One up. There is a subplot in Book Two that is just going to have to wait until Book One is done! I'll work on that while I shop Book One around! And I promise that I will post a link to the original so anyone that wants to can read the craziness, real life and all, in its unedited glory!

	Since I've gotten several new books in the last week or so that I haven't had time to look at, I'm going to head out and do a little reading, maybe some crochet -- I'm learning a new pattern -- and just veg a bit before Skywise gets home. Everyone sleep well and be safe.
