For Jake Smith...

Jake Smith was an 8th grade student at the local middle school.  He was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor last year but has lost his battle with the cancer.  He died on Saturday.  His funeral is being held Tuesday at 10:30 am.  If anyone could send some energy to his family it would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
