	Things are going well. The weather is still clear and quiet. I'm a bit past the halfway point in chapter 3. Book 2 only has 11 chapters in it so I expect to be through them all by the end of next week. My "query letter anxiety" is under control at the moment. I'll probably start sweating more tomorrow when I know that the letter has been delivered but that is for tomorrow! This is supposedly a good time astrologically for such things so I'm using that to keep my nerves settled. That, and talks with Hecate! Dinner is pizza tonight and tomorrow is payday. It's all good. Time to get back to work. Later.

	Chapter 3 is done and I'm going to start on Chapter 4. I should be one third finished with Book 2 by tonight or nearly so. You never know what curves Hestia may throw you in the kitchen! Later.

	Chapter 1 is ready to print out. Chapter 2 is almost ready. Chapter 3 should be ready by bedtime. I decided to delay work on Chapter 4 since once I start I want to stay with it until I finish the chapter and frequent breaks are the rule when I'm cooking and writing at the same time. Plus I've got a couple of other things to do this evening. Like, right now.... I gotta make pizza dough. Later.

	Pizza dough is rising and Chapter 2 is ready to print whenever I get to it. This is good. Nike's on YaHoo and we're talking about this and that so I don't know how much beyond dinner I'm going to get done now but I've gotten a lot done so I'm not going to complain.

	Afternoon! We're back, have been for a while, and everything is as under control as it's likely to get today! Moonie has the boycats out for a walk -- beautiful day so far -- and most of the "stuff" we got is put away. Got a new book in the mail, part of my "not real extreme" makeover project. Chapter 3 of Book 2 is ready to print so I'll be working on Chapter 4 today. Picked up another ream of paper so I can copy Book 1 and some mailing boxes of the suitable size -- already have mailing labels. Yes, my query should have hit its destination this morning. Nail biting time.. Gonna get caught up and then start going through Chapter 4. Later.

	Chapter 4 is where all hell starts to break loose and it's getting a serious working over. I anticipate a much better chapter when I'm done. Chilly. Need sweatshirt. [The kids are comfortable so I'm going to hunt up a sweatshirt rather than fool with the A/C.] Almost time for a snack. What to have? Later.

	Stretch. "CRACK" I've gotten through Chapter 4 finally. I cranked up iTunes and plowed through it. I'm one third of the way through Book 2. All I need to do now is put in the page numbers and look for obvious spacing errors. Errors that aren't so obvious I'll catch when I have hardcopy in my hands. Right now, need breakie... really bad! 	It's official. I've acquired more "dance stuff" than my dance bag can comfortably hold. I have the costume I've finished, accessories, dance shoes, notebooks, instruction books and parts of belts and bras in various states of completion. I need a chest -- beautiful blanket box with clean simple lines and stained the blackest ebony possible. With silver hardware. I will have it. Eventually... In the meantime, it's gonna have to be a Rubbermaid storage box. sigh That and "weather" is moving in. Doesn't look real bad but I'm really tired of thunder.. Later.

	The weather has settled down and I'm working on Chapter 5. So far it hasn't needed the work that Chapter 4 did and I'm nearly halfway through it. I'll probably quit before I finish it though. Skywise will be home shortly and bed sounds very attractive. Yawn Later.

	Chapter 5 is done and I've got Chapter 6 ready to go. I'm thinking that loading/running the dishwasher would probably be a good idea. I'm liking the silence -- it's cloudy and really cool today so the doors are open and the A/C is off -- but having clean dishes ready before dinner would probably be good thing! My eyes would probably appreciate a break too. Later.

	Dinner and Chapter 6 are both done. Five more chapters to go. On track to have Book 2 ready to print by next weekend. I hope I don't have to wait too much beyond that for the reply from the agent I queried. Once 2 is ready to go, I'll start working on 3. I expect that to take a bit longer as I need a LOT of new material for that one. Oh well, it will keep me out of trouble! Right now, gonna veg a bit and roam the web. Later.

	Morning! yawn! No plans for today so I got to sleep in which was good. I was dreaming about castles, floods and other uproar all night. Don't know if it is "brain cleaning" or something else. In any event, it was nice to wake up! Need tea and breakfast, then I'll be starting on Chapter 7.

	Stretch! I'm nearly half way through Chapter 7 and several spots have benefited from tweaking. Unfortunately, I'm being reminded about how aggravating some people could be but that's past and I'm keeping it there! Unless something unexpected happens, I'll get it done today. That pleases me but then, I'm usually easy to please. Back to work. Later.

	Chapter 7 is done and I'm debating whether or not to tackle chapter 8 or do something else. I'm feeling guilty about not working in the basement more. I'm also hungry. I should probably do something about the "hunger thing" before tackling anything else.. Later.

	Getting ready to start dinner. We ran into town for a late lunch and to pick up some stuff we needed at the auto parts store. While we were there, Skywise reminded me of what we were doing this weekend, thirty years ago.... We were getting ready to move into our first home together as we were getting married in ten days. Yeah, we will celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary on September 1st. WHERE DOES THE TIME GO!! pout I'm not old enough to have been married for 30 years! That's it! I was a child bride. Married at the age of five! And on that note, I'm going to head for the kitchen! Later!

	Dinner was good. YaHooing with Nike about various things: TAPS Ghosthunters among them. Still interested in doing paranormal investigation once Skywise retires. Need to find time to study along with everything else I have to do. We came up with a name for our group years ago so we're set. One of the reasons I joined MW was to learn and talk about things paranormal. Unfortunately, I was a "bad fit" in the paranormal forum and I took the hint to take myself elsewhere. sigh Bittersweet memory. Moving on.... Later.

	Chapter 8 is finished except for page headers and numbers. The eyes aren't terribly happy with me at present -- allergies, I think -- so once that's done, I think I'm going to work on the basement. But first, gotta pack Skywise's food!

	Well, I didn't get a lot done in the basement, organizing mostly but, on the other hand, Chapter 9 is done! What can I say? Once my eyes were rested, I was on a "writing roll." Two chapters left but I might see if I can combine and then divide them up into three chapters. These last two are considerable longer than the others so if I can, I'm going to. Anyway, it's Monday and I have two chapters left to go over. Definitely on track. Right now, I need to get "on track" with dinner!
