	Morning! I was awakened by the dentist's office calling to remind me that I have an appointment tomorrow. NOT my favorite way to wake up! Needing tea right now. Badly. I'm also wondering how I broke a nail -- in my sleep. I am certain it wasn't broken when I went to bed last night! Weird....... Gonna go make tea and then pay bills. After that.... fun stuff!

	Well I've had tea and the bills are made out, all except for the mortgage. We do that one "checkless" and will pay it when we go to the bank. Having your checking account at the same bank that holds your mortgage is VERY convenient! I've done a little figuring and I can combine chapters 10 and 11 and then split them into 3 chapters instead of 2. I went through them this morning and found good places to end chapters in the "right" places so now instead of having two chapters to finish, I have three but it's the same number of pages so it's cool! Which reminds me, I need to get to work! Ta!

	It's a good thing that it's only Tuesday 'cause I spoke too soon. Chapter 10 is turning out to be a pain in the butt! Some of it has been put into Chapter 9 -- which necessitated adjusting the page numbers and I'm currently trying to figure out where a couple of other sections need to go! I THOUGHT that I'd gotten this figured out when I made the first draft! SNARK!! Gonna get some ice cream -- better than the chain smoking that my aunt did when she needed to think! -- and try to get this straightened out once and for all!

	I THINK I have everything straightened out after going to the mat with Chapters 9 and 10 all afternoon and a piece of the evening. [insert Body slam! smiley here] I won't be absolutely sure until I can go over the hardcopy but I'm going to leave it for now and finish up what's left. Still gonna have it done by the end of the week!

	Morning --- just barely still! We're back! I had a dental appointment this morning, follow up cleaning, no power tools or heavy equipment required. We also had to hit the REMC, the bank, the library and Wal-Mart! After that, we grabbed a quick "lunch for breakfast", filled up the van and headed home. More The rest of the day's agenda: Dishes, laundry, writing, miscellaneous stuff.

	While we were in town, we found out that a pair of "pet" wolves escaped in the township directly north of us. The male has been recaptured, the female is still running loose. Lovely. The school mentioned in the article is just a few miles north of us. Hopefully, the female will head for the river -- which is away from us. http://www.wthr.com/Global/story.asp?S=10995711 Maybe we'll get lucky and it will go after someone's livestock, the owner of the livestock could then shoot it dead and save everyone a lot of trouble! Then the livestock owner could sue the moron who decided that it would make a great "pet" for damages. I really hope the county can find something to charge them with too.

	Things are proceeding. Making some headway on Chapter Eleven, finished Chapter 10 earlier today, and found a "logistical" problem that I've spent the last hour fixing. Adding new material as I go, fleshing out some characters and adding dialogue. Almost time to start dinner but not until the dishwasher stops. We ran out of clean plates again last night. Yeah, I know. I'm a lousy housekeeper. Skywise knew that when he married me or if he didn't, it was because he wasn't paying attention! I told him I was a lousy housekeeper and Mom pointed out my various shortcomings to him often enough!

	Chapter 11 is done and Chapter 12 has been created. Should be done with it by Friday night. Then I'm going to try to take the weekend off before I start working on Book 3. Our vacation starts on Sept. 12 so I don't expect to get a lot done but I'm hoping to get some ideas for the new material I have to write. A title for the book would be nice too....

At about 3:30 pm, one of her owners took the male out into the yard and the female came up and went back into her cage on her own. Guess she missed her regular meals. The Sheriff's department is now checking to see if there are any permits that this turkey needs to get in order to keep wolf/dog crosses. The DNR apparently doesn't require special permits to keep them (maybe that should change) but they are going to check anyway. I suspect that the neighbors might have a little something to say about the whole affair. At least now I know what I've been hearing howling some nights since spring. I thought it was coyotes (we have them occasionally) but now I know that it was probably those wolf/dogs.

	Just got to the end of Chapter 12. I'll have to put a Book 1 synopsis in at the beginning but for all intents and purposes, Book 2 is finished. I need tea.

	My head is full of ideas and I've started a list of future "Castle" projects. The list is up to nine titles and a couple of them could easily be multi-volume titles. I'm going to be a busy, busy gal for quite a long while, looks like! But tomorrow, I'm going to clean the basement.

	I've been in the basement since my last post. It doesn't look like I've done a blessed thing but the number of empty boxes I've pitched into the yard for trash pickup on Monday says different. �Ran into some mold/mildew and now my nose is burning a bit. Some of it got into part of my doll collection that I had stored. sigh Gonna be washing dolls and some doll clothing once I get through them all. Need more plastic storage boxes. BIG ones... They aren't air tight but if mold grows on them, you can clean it off! They also stack wonderfully! The rain finally got here. Celestial fire hose time. sigh Moonie was talking to a friend online when we got knocked offline by the downpour and there was nothing to be done about it. Moonie had a meltdown. She was sure her friend would be mad. More �The rain has past and we are back online -- obviously -- and Moonie and her friend are happily chatting away. I feel like I've been put through the wringer... I think I'm done in the basement for today. As I said, I need more boxes. I will put another load of clothes in the washer and then take a break with the War Queen. Maybe she will let me read some in The Ethical Slut, 2nd Ed. before demanding cuddles. I've had ice cream. With dark chocolate sauce. I deserve it.. Later.

	The War Queen was quite adamant. No reading! MUST CUDDLE NOW!! So cuddling was done and I now have cat fur up my nose. sigh My nose is taking a beating today. More rain seems to be on the way, according to radar. Here's hoping that it doesn't knock us offline again. One meltdown a day is enough, thank you very much! Thinking about dinner. Gonna need to eat soon and take aspirin. The body is beginning to complain slightly as it was necessary for me to manhandle some stuff while moving things in the basement. Rain's here. Gotta go before we lose contact!
