	I've been over on USS talking with another phoenix and getting some interesting "reads" from the psychics there. I must say that I find the term "phoenix" a more pleasant title than some of the other things I've been referred to as being and it's definitely something I can relate to. Once the makeover is out of the way, or maybe before, who knows, I'm going to have to dig into the "instruction manuals" I've acquired over the last few weeks. "Fun with energy" sounds like a fine idea and I'm feeling the need to stretch my metaphorical wings.

	Afternoon! Dental appointments went off without a hitch this morning. We had breakfast and went down to Floral Gulch so the girls could satisfy their shopping urge. Then we located a museum that we'll visit tomorrow and came home, stopping for ice cream in town. We are now home and I'm going to go collapse at some point soon. My brain wouldn't slow down last night and by the time it did, there weren't many hours left to sleep. When I crash, I'm gonna sleep. Later.

	I crashed, I slept and I feel better. I'll be getting the FTP software in about an hour. Once it is installed, I'll find out what that puppy can do! FYI: The reason I'm waiting has to do with our download limit. The "refill" is at 8 pm so if I want to download something "largish" but not likely to go over the limit, I do it before 8 pm. If I don't know how big something is, I wait until 2 am. I've already ordered the 9th Season of Smallville on dvd. I did some price checking today and even with shipping, I save $10 and change by ordering it. So.. one click shopping comes through again! I want to get The Vampire Diaries and True Blood too but those are going to have to wait for just a little bit but this gal is going to have her vampire fix and since I've already gotten two of my books written I think that it's safe now to see what other authors are doing with vampires. [GODS! That sounded dirty. FUN, but still dirty!] Anyway, I'm gonna go be useful in the kitchen while I wait for 7 pm to roll around...

	We've landed for a while. We took the furpersons to the vet, got them all checked out and caught up on their shots and got them all back here without losing blood or our minds although the EXTREMELY yappy anklebiter that was in the waiting room as we were waiting to pay the bill nearly drove me out of my mind! Then we went back into town for lunch and then picked up some stuff at the hardware and Wal-Mart. We're going to do some stuff around here and go back into town for dinner later. It's KFC tonight.

	We're back. We went into town for dinner again. Another night when I don't have to cook! This is a good thing! We're getting a bit POed. The last couple of days, there has been a small pack of dogs -- beagles -- running through our woods and scaring the living daylights out of our cats. I absolutely HATE people who come home from work, let their dogs out "for a run" and don't care a damned bit about anyone else. Something is going to have to be done. We are deciding what. End of rant.

	Sorry about the neglect. Work has gone to SHIT, but that's just annoying, tiring, and a pain in the ass. The real problem lately has been our kid. She's a Junior HS, almost 18, and has decided to move out of the house, without our permission. Holy friggin' hell. Later, when everything is settled, I'll tell about it.

	We're back! We went to Brown County State Park and I had Moonie take a TON of pictures of a couple structures down there that I would LOVE to have as part of a LARP adventure park. One, the Lower Shelter, looks like a three-season castle. The other, the Western Tower, looks like a three-season watchtower. So I had my girl photograph like hell! Now I'm kicking back and thinking that I really need to get my hiking boots off....

	The hiking boots are off and I'm working on dinner. I'm also working on understanding the hows and whys of DIR Paths which I will need to understand before I start working on the Extreme Makeover. I've realized that I'm going to have to do this during our "unlimited download hours" which means I'll be starting at 2 a.m. in the morning and continuing until I finish since I don't think I should stop in the middle! The "problem" is that while I know how big the YaBB 2.5 file is, having already downloaded it, I don't know how big Sanctuary's files are and if I've read and understood correctly, I will have to download all of Sanctuary's files to my computer before I can upload them into the 2.5 software. And that "could" eat our entire megabyte allowance and then some! For obvious reasons, I don't want to attempt this on dial-up! So when this is scheduled, I'll be taking a long afternoon nap, guzzling caffeine and hoping that the whole thing is as simple as they make it sound!

	And we're back! The cheetahs were beautiful! They were lounging around when we got there but they were still impressive and I just wanted to bring one home! THAT would certainly keep wandering dogs out of our yard! Going to get caught up and then get back to working on the "Makeover." Later!

	Morning! Rocky Mountain Power, which supplies our server host, HostMonster, with electricity had some sort of serious problem last night. I'm not sure what time we came back online last night but it was after midnight sometime. That's why there was no "goodnight" message from me last night. Very frustrating! Our payday shopping is done and I need to get caught up. Later.

	Got caught up and I've spent the day plowing through the installation instructions for the Makeover. I've made a BUNCH of notes on them and I'll be printing them out once I have all the information I need from HostMonster which I "should" have no later than Monday night. 	A couple of days ago, it was beagles. Tonight, the whole neighborhood found out that we have a coyote pack in the area. �They started howling and every dog in hearing distance when nuts. I imagine that the livestock in the fields wasn't thrilled either. �Hopefully, the farmers will get on the problem quickly and eradicate the pack before it has a chance to establish itself. Meanwhile, I'll be adding "coyote proofing" to the kitty yard design as if beagles weren't bad enough!
