	Afternoon. We're back from town. We missed the letter carrier this morning so a stop at the post office was added to the "To Do in Town" list. We're all done now, thank the Gods! I am now about to tackle the "Leaning Tower of Laundry" that has accumulated during the vacation. I'll be back when it's a more manageable size.

	We took an unscheduled trip into Greenwood. I'd told Skywise that I wanted to get to the fabric shop to get some duck canvas to make an arrow quiver out of and he decided that we should go this afternoon and since the only pressing thing I had to do was laundry, I didn't argue! So now I have the fabric and I can start working the kinks out of my design. The fabric isn't waterproof but it will work quite well for what I intend. I just need something to hold my arrows on my back while I practice. There are NO current plans to go tromping through the woods (which would require something tear resistant) or for shooting in the rain (which requires something waterproof) so I should be able to come up with something that meets my needs. I puzzled over how to handle the lengthwise seam while on the way home and I "think" I have the "strap problem" pretty much figured out. So all I need to decide now is how big to make it -- not much bigger than the one I'm using -- and how much "reinforcing", if any, to use. And, of course, personalizing!

	I've been in the Admin area again, experimenting with the templates. I found some instructions at the YaBB forums that I hope will assist me in fooling around with templates. If my first experiment is successful, I'll see what else I can do.

	I've made two "new" templates Black_Red_Gold#1 and #2 and I'm testing one on myself now. �It's kinda bright but it will do for testing purposes. �I may end up deleting one or both of them as I refine my creation so if you select one of them on your UserCP let me know! �

	We're back. It's been a good but tiring day. Lucky for me, we're going out to dinner so the problem of what to fix for dinner, isn't a problem! I got a new book in the mail -- Art Models 4 -- so the first thing to do is check and make sure that the cd that comes with it -- with more poses -- works okay. Later.

	Thinking about cover ideas for the novels, all of which are more appropriate for the romance genre than the science fiction/fantasy genre although there is some "crossover" as far as artwork is concerned. I'll be back to work on "Book Business" next week when the vacation is over. My post-vacation "To Do" list is getting mighty long.....

	I'm working on a new quiver for my arrows. Since I'm not making it out of heavy leather - which is pricey as HELL! -- the work is going pretty fast and it should be perfectly suitable for it's intended use which is holding my arrows on my back while I target shoot! Tomorrow is "Payday Friday" but since Skywise doesn't have to work -- YAY! -- it won't be as hectic as it usually is. The grind starts again on Monday and that is soon enough! I'll be glad when he can retire and we're done with that particular grind....

	The rest of the day improved somewhat for which I'm thankful. Smallville was great as always and Clark is one step closer to putting on "the suit." Next week, Kara/Supergirl will be back and the week after (if plans hold) Isis will make her appearance. Life -- as far as Smallville is concerned -- is good.

	Afternoon. It's the last weekend of the vacation, Monday starts the grind again and we finally got some rain late this morning, not nearly enough but it is a start. It's cool and damp still which is good, the moisture won't evaporate as fast with the cloud cover. I hope we get some more rain. We need it.
