	Dinner's done and I'm IMing with Nike while working on a book cover for the new book I got on the 8th. I'm going to be carrying it around with me, most likely a lot, and I want to protect it. It isn't exactly an inexpensive tome and I got a new one. Don't want it to look "worn" too soon. That, and the title would likely cause unwelcome comment if the wrong person spotted it. So it will have one of my "custom covers" and anyone seeing me read in public will think I'm reading a Bible....

	We took off running this morning and are now, hopefully, in for the day! Skywise has today off so there will be no rushing around getting him off to work. I can use a day where we have nothing planned and I'm sure he can too! So I'm gonna get caught up and pull up Book 3 to work on while I get a few chores done.

	Well now! KC has presented me with a puzzle over on USS, or rather she's shared a puzzle. She's been getting feelings (of a psychic nature) about me for a couple of months now and she's just shared them with me. Whatever is gonna happen is coming in fast and should be here soon. 	I've been working on Book 3, Chapter 6 today. I started off proofreading and ended up getting a little writing done so it's all good. I've been working on a book cover for my new book. It's coming along. I'm doing it a bit differently and I'm taking my time. There is no rush. I think I'm going to be using this book for a while. It isn't a tome for featherweights or dilettantes, neither of which I am. 'Sides which. The print is small and it's translated from German so the language is formal and a bit stilted in places. Still I will persevere! I'm stubborn like that.

	Morning! Skywise has the late shift tonight so we're starting a little later than usual this morning. I've been following a couple of blogs lately that I have a personal interest in. �I consider the topic of some importance since I'm somewhat involved in the situation. My friends have done a good job laying out the facts and there is nothing I can add that wouldn't be redundant so I'll just post links to the blogs in the Cyberverse forum. If you spend much time in the online pagan community, you might want to check them out. It could save you a lot of unnecessary grief.

	Things are starting to settle back into a routine now that the vacation is over with so I'm going to start getting "my" new routines in place. I've got some studying to do -- I've got GIMP and I want to use it -- and I've got a couple of other interesting subjects to pursue. Book 2 needs to be proofed and corrected, Book 3 needs to be finished and the "seemingly" neverending hunt for a literary agent to represent me continues along with whatever else pops up unexpectedly. Yes, my "winter plate" is gonna be full, I'm thinking!

	Skywise should be at work by now and I'm getting started on my evening chores. Got a little sewing to do after which I'm starting a new meditation/initiation tonight. I don't know how often I'll do it, either daily or two to three times a week. I haven't decided how long I'll do it before I go on to the next one. That will depend on how it goes, how I feel and what results I get. This isn't getting any of the above done! Later!

	Afternoon! We took off running this morning, GOT the tickets to the Children's Museum Haunted House which we kept forgetting to get and picked up a few things at the grocery while we were there. [The grocery chain is one of the Haunted House sponsors so they sell the "advance sale" tickets.] Now Skywise and Moonie have taken the boycats for a walk and I'm getting organized. He goes in at an odd time today, earlier than the superlate shift but later than the early shift. At least he'll be home at what is for us a reasonable hour! Now I'm going to make some tea and get started on the day.

	The rain stopped and I went out and measured it. We got half an inch and for the first time in months, I hear insects out in the woods. Here's hoping that the drought it over.

	Well, it's STILL damned chilly! I'm in a sweatshirt now instead of my jacket. And, I just turned the furnace on. I'll be making pizza later and that will heat the house up but I'm cold NOW! Talking to Nike on YaHoo about this and that and generally vegging before I have to start dinner and get things ready for tomorrow.

	Afternoon! We're back from town. The trip was unexpectedly successful. We found a frozen turkey breast that was perfect for Thanksgiving so we went ahead and got it. So there will be NO repeat of last year's hunt for a turkey which went up to almost the last minute! On Friday, we found a beef roast that will be Christmas dinner if it isn't eaten before then! All in all, the "holiday season" is shaping up nicely foodwise. We're still considering whether or not to replace our 31 year old artificial Christmas tree. The SunLord and the Prince of Midnight really did a job on it last year.....

	I closed my eyes and the next thing I know, it's two hours later. sigh Someday, I will routinely get enough sleep but I don't think that will be any time soon! I ordered a book from amazon on how to make soft drinks and I may get one on home brewing too. We don't drink but others do and ya never know...

	Dinner is over and ice cream is sounding good. Did a little work on Book 3, changing the timeline a bit. Things don't need to happen quite as fast in the book as they did in the "original". I think a more leisurely pace will be a good thing for the first part of the book and maybe the second half too. Need some more character development. "I" know the characters but the readers will need to get to know them like I do.
