they claimed it is a natural stone, but tests on some of them it proved otherwise. The place where it was claimed to be first discovered is in Mexico. there supposedly is another deposit that was found in China. Last i checked the mines in Mexico are closd and the prices of the stone is going up. it's $45USD per pound at the 2009 Tuscon show. The supposedly natural ones are treated the same way(in fact at the same plant )they treat turquoise.

anyway with natural rainbow calsilica , it can help with matters of the mind by balancing them. it also gives a balancing amount of energy. where if you are too hyperactive it will calm you down and if you are too low in energy it will pick you up. I don't know if this can help with bi-polarism as it hasn't been tested yet. proven good with depression and ADD anf their ilk.

even though it's literally a rainbow mix, it's associated with the 6th chakra.
