A couple of my favorite ones:

"When a door closes, a window opens."

"When you can't find a way through, go around."

Never give up, there will always be away to reach your dreams and goals.

An observation of my own:

One does well to remember that, in life, paths can diverge and that the separation can be very painful. But those same paths can merge again once the purpose of the separation has been fulfilled and it is as if the separation never happened. One would do well to remember that as well.
