I know!  They think I'm just this crazy, goofy, funny chick with pink hair who talks about sex way too much.

But they forget that people I don't like mysteriously never, ever come around again.

Yep Smiley  I told one of them earlier, "An ass-beating will feel like a mosquito bite compared to what I can do to you." And I'm still laughing about that.

They don't know.  They just don't know.  Uni messes with me bad, but it's for my own good, as annoying as it is.  But that also means Uni owes me LMAO  So I can sick Uni on other people.

Well, Western society beats it into our heads from the time we can walk that "magic/magick" is make-believe and that NO ONE can actually make something happen by casting a spell. So of course, no one believes that you can make them wish that you'd turned them into a toad.....

Hi all!!

It's a VERY hot and sunny day here in my corner of the world... Temps will be hitting between 25 and 29 C (over 80F) and we have HIGH humidity right now... It's a day for sitting in front of the fan with an iced coffee or tea and just doing NOTHING!!

I do have a ton of dishes to do though...  Smiley

That is up for debate.  He's on the verge of losing his job AND he confessed all to his wife  Grin  I think, perhaps, she might just be scarier than I am, especially since she just found out her husband has been cheating on her for four years.

The Casey Anthony trial is essentially over now so I have some of my life back.  As most of you probably have already heard they found her not guilty of murdering her daughter nor was she found guilty of child abuse.  People were literally screaming for blood. Calling the jury idiots, making threats against everyone.  THAT was scary.

Afternoon!
Finally here. I agree, AR, the ex is a walking dead man. Current wifey must be fit to be tied. Bad enough he's been cheating on her all this time but cheating on her with you, the woman she "thought" she had successfully "stolen" him from has GOT to be a monstrous hit on her ego. Which she has coming considering the underhanded methods she used to get him!  Smiley Karma is Uni's sister and She is bitch. Evenhanded as all hell but a bitch nonetheless. Especially if you have a load of smelly "payback" due you!

The Casey Anthony case is STILL all over the news. *sigh* BIG MEDIA saw a big moneymaker of a story and have milked it for all it was worth. They convinced a huge segment of the "if they say it on tv it must be true" population that their conjecture was the truth but there is a considerable difference between what you BELIEVE is true, what you WANT to be true and WHAT YOU CAN PROVE in a court of law and the prosecution apparently could not do that. There are now media pundits who have had WAY too much invested in the outcome of this trial screaming that the defense somehow "confused" the jury. Please. With all the pressure on them to convict, they had to be pretty damned positive that the prosecution did NOT make their case to come back with the verdicts that they did.  I will now vacate the soapbox! I didn't really follow the trial myself... But Hubby did a little bit and he said she wouldn't get convicted, there wasn't enough evidence to do so. He was right.

The only reason why this trial got as much publicity as it did was because of Nancy Grace. If she hadn't mentioned it on her program, it wouldn't have been as sensationalized as what it was, it wouldn't have been a blip on the radar in the rest of North America in my mind.

Power was out here till 5am. The kids & I were frying inside the house so no sleep was had. Tried to cool off outside but the big mosquito attack took place.  Katie has to have at least 30 mosquito bites on her legs, Charlotte got a second wind as the electricity came on. LOL I feel & look like a wet rag that has been set on fire & doused in a misquito larvae infested mud puddle.  Oh yeah, this had been a fun vacation so far!!  LOL

Probably not and if the media hadn't gotten their grubby hands on it, the case probably would have never gone to trial.

It's another scorcher here today... Sunny and temps will be hitting close to 30C/90F with high humidity. It's another day for sitting in front of the fan with an iced coffee or tea...

Hubby and his sister are in Halifax (our provincial capital and biggest city) today and I do NOT envy them one bit!! It's supposed to be very hot in there today and I'd rather be sitting here in front of the computer with a fan!!!
