	Hi everyone! It's another Sunday that feels "lazy" to us here in the Etoile household. Hubby and Son are watching the "trance tube" and I'm trying to think of new ways to do stupid things.... I'm not sure how long I'll be around today, Hubby mentioned something about running some errands, and I'm considering having Son and I tag along for something different, and to get us out of the house for something other than school or walks... Gotta see how things go. Everyone who is participating in a Superbowl Sunday party, etc be safe and have a good time! I don't watch American football myself, I'm a stereotypical Canadian in the fact I'm a hockey girl. Either way, have a great Sunday everyone... Now to get another coffee and finish getting caught up!

	Morning. The Queen and I slept in this morning while Skywise got some uninterrupted computer time. He and the grown up furry ones have gone for a walk and the kits are being envious. "I" am going to make some tea and find something to eat!

	Okay, this is annoying! I keep losing the satellite connection. Since it's only "partly cloudy/mostly sunny" here I'm thinking that there are a LOT of people using the network today. Wanna bet that it has something to do with this being "Super Bowl Sunday?"

	LOL I think that the only reasons that there is interest in this area is because a.) Indianapolis is hosting the game, b.) the Giants are playing and their Quarterback, Eli Manning, is "Our" Quarterback's little brother and so he's sorta "in the family," and c.) the rivalry between the Colts and the New England Patriots is INTENSE, to put it mildly and Colts fans tend to root for whoever is playing against the Pats in any given game! So there will be parties and screaming and after-game discussion into the night. It's a good thing I have a relatively high tolerance for non-Colts football...

	This area isn't big on football, even the Canadian version in the CFL. We're in a hockey area, which is a good thing for us considering this house is HOCKEY from October to June, notably the Leafs. Now if the Leafs ever do make the Stanley Cup finals, I would definitely be watching it, but they haven't been in the finals since the last year they won the Cup which was in 1967, years before I was even born.............................................

	That is what we are hoping too! The Super Bowl pre-game continues on all of the "network" channels. The PBS channels (we can get two of them here) and the "independents" are the only ones running their normal Sunday programming.

	That is one thing I always liked about PBS, they never get into the hype of something like that! We have two PBS stations too, one's from Boston and the other one is from Seattle. I watch both of them on a regular basis, especially if they have cooking shows on! I'm scared to see what's all on CTV, Global, CBC and the "big three" stations out of Boston right now........... SHUDDERS There are some medical shows on the Learning Channel this evening and if I'm watching TV, I'll be watching that.. Or Canada's Food Network!!

	Hubby is currently watching a darts tournament on one of the sports channels... LOVE darts, I wasn't that bad years ago. Not as good as the guys that are competing but I was good enough to play a few rounds with the local gang and hold muster to a lot of them.
