	Hubby is FINALLY on his way out the driveway so I'm going to see if I can get some more work done on #7... I honestly thought he was going to wait until Son got home before leaving... I haven't had the chance to really write in about a week and I'm going STIR CRAZY...

	Good luck, VE! The back door is open and ALL the cats, including the kits, are enjoying the good weather. The SunLord and Warrior Princess have been in the catnip bed which, thanks to the extremely mild winter we're having, is still fresh and green and even growing although slowly. Anyway, SunLord and WP are semi-high, WP moreso since she's considerably smaller and the two of them and DP are zipping around like crazy kittehs! I wonder if catnip intoxication results in a hangover.....

	Not sure if they get hangovers from that or not but I do know how loopy a cat can look and get while on the catnip high... All I can think about is Noelle during her first Christmas when she and Old Angel got into it... Her eyes were VERY dilated and wonky looking, plus she kept weaving from side to side... She looked DRUNK... Seriously!!

	Working on the main manuscript file, slowly but surely getting some new stuff added in at the end of it.. Will be working on the "base" of Cs 2 &3 another time... Trying to get to the point where I can splice in the MMLTG file which will be coming up in the main manuscript sometime soon............

	Everyone feline is back inside and the kits are tearing through the house like a couple of Intercontinental Ballistic Kittehs... When they crash, they're going to sleep for hours. I have the final draft of Book One on deck. One way or another I'm going to need it fairly soon [either to send to an agent or to a publisher] so it is something that needs to be done that I don't want to leave until the last minute.

	Nothing like seeing kitties zoom around the house... Ours sound like a herd of elephants and that's only TWO kitties!! Of course, our Amber is so chubby that she alone sounds like a herd of elephants... Even when she's just walking gently across the kitchen floor, one KNOWS IT, she's so loud!!! Miss Fluffy Girl is on top of the computer tower now and she's dozing with her head hanging down... She is so cute!!! She's fine, I check her every now and then to make sure she's breathing... I do fuss over these two babies a lot and they know it.............

	Bah, I meant to say refused..it won't let me edit. Hey there VE! I'm still a bit under the weather but trying to ignore it. Every day I am reminded by just how wonderfully different my life is now that D is in it! He truly is my soulmate. He doesn't mind all the quirks and in fact loves them. He let's me rest from the outside world and work on my art. He takes care of the world/deadlines etc and I take care of "us". I'm even starting to lose the constant worry if what I'm doing or saying is right or wrong and if I M letting someone down or being illogical. It's still there, hard to get rid of 20 years all at once, but it's so much better. The Gods really smiled on me on my 40th birthday! [/end mushiness] How is everyone today?

	One of us staffers can edit it to "refused" for you if you want us to, Tabby. I'm feeling rather goofy right now, actually... Even though I want to get back into the writing so much I'm pretty much chomping at my monitor!! LOL I did get a little new material added to #7 today, only 538 words, but it's a start! I'm editing stuff right now and running all of the files for that stinking manuscript through the "spell/grammar" checker so I can get RID of the green and red squiggles under some of the stuff in the files... Seeing all those squiggly lines under proper names, etc, drives me UP. A. WALL..... Don't worry about the mushiness... All of us get mushy in here from time to time.

	Goofy is always good VE!! I remember quite a few goofy nights with you! cackles wow..I was going to say amok amok but when I went to check the spelling it threw me for a loop when it said murderous frenzy....hmmm I might have to change how I use that word lest someone get the wrong idea. I'm really not a very mushy person or at least I didn't used to be. VE you have the benefit of seeing the before and after me. D and loyal and great friends like you have really helped change my life for the better. I'm so happy to be back on a forum where I feel comfortable and safe. Thanks VE and Penth for making that possible! hugs both huge hugs to AR I'm so sorry to hear things aren't going well. I know how hard it can be. I suppose I should showed and get to work...the ink piece is really coming along.

	Yeah we got really, REALLY goofy by times over there... I'm so surprised we didn't get at least moderated if not banned for some of the silly stunts we pulled off over there!!! So glad you like it and you're comfy in here tabby!! Thanks.... You've helped me out more times than I can count too... BLUSHING I missed talking to you on the forums a LOT and I'm so glad you're here now... Where we can be ebil and have a good time without worrying about trolls trying to ruin our fun!!

	I'm finally caught up, I think! I've been going through the first chapter of Book One looking for errors in formatting, grammar and any other mistake that can slip into a manuscript when you aren't looking! I've found places where paragraphs should be and aren't and other places where two paragraphs could be one. As a result, Chapter 1 is about a page shorter than it was. I'm expecting this stage of the project to take the rest of the week to finish. Once I get through it, I'm going to pull out the last hard copy I printed of it and check the final draft against it for anything I missed. In the process of switching the manuscript back and forth between two different word processing programs some things, like "thoughts" being in italics, got lost in translation and fixing that is one of the things I'm doing right now. All I need is for my eyes to hold out......

	Skywise is home, dinner is eaten and I've trimmed another page off of the manuscript by correcting errors and generally tweaking and tightening. Since the eyes are not happy with me, I'm going to haul it out of here and call it a night. Everyone sleep well and be safe.
