And I'm back. We've been having connection problems. The fact that the cats will NOT stay out from behind the computers probably has something to do with it! Anyway, Skywise has things working now.

I'm back. I did sleep a little bit until a certain chubby cat decided my head was the perfect place to sit upon... I would have been online sooner but between Hubby doing something in his Baseball Mogul game on the computer that took a while to wrap up and Son screaming for supper as soon as my feet hit the stairs, I didn't get back until now.

I'm here for a couple of hours. Son will have a little computer time before he goes to bed so he's my alarm clock to alert me when I should get off the computer and get ready to watch CSI.

I'm wanting to work on NR but the eyes are protesting, VERY loudly. So is the brain.... I did get the first part of Chapter 34 written up so no complaints. I'll probably dive into it a little more tomorrow, if I'm up to it... Although I should take a day or so off to recharge and rest.

I'll do it over the weekend... Son will be around and when he's home, I may as well forget about trying to concentrate!

The rice is on, in half an hour I'll throw together the butter chicken and steam some cauliflower.  Fairly quick and easy supper which everyone likes here. Makes for a nice easy evening for me   My schedule is all topsy turvey again, always happens when the bloke is on nights, at least this is the last one in this row!

We're eating out tonight -- KFC -- and I'm making pizza tomorrow and one last dinner out on Friday. Then it is back to "Kitchen Duty" for me until our vacation in May.

There will be salad, corn, green beans and maybe cole slaw too with mine. I get the buffet and can select the sides I want.

Right now, I'd like to shoot whoever comes up with these "ideas for breast cancer awareness" statuses on Facebook...

I had to leave at least 3 conversations about it in the last two days, even though I have said time and time again, I do NOT participate in that kind of thing!!!!

I get roped into that kind of convos at least three to four times a year by different people, sometimes more than once by the same person. I participated in it ONCE, about 3 or 4 years ago with the bra color idea but the last few that's been going around have been too darn ridiculous and have NOTHING to do with breast cancer at all. It's just a way for the girls in FB to mess with the guys' minds, nothing more. Stupid as heck.

I'm sick of pink myself, I have NEVER liked that color.... The only thing I like that's pink is ROSES thanks....

Morning.

I'm pooped and the eyes are still quite crossed but staying up late on little sleep was worth it! I had my first Nicky fix of the season and yeah, the episode was good! The latter half of it moved quite quickly, it kind of had the same feel that the season 5 closer "Grave Danger" had... I won't say anything else just in case there are lurkers who don't want to have it spoiled for them.

It's a regular school day again.

If I can get the eyes to cooperate, after I wake up that is!, I plan on diving deep into the editing and possibly writing new material in NR today. If I write, I may sneak offline for a bit so I don't get distracted.

I need an IV of coffee.....................

Because there are PPOs that have been filed against each other, we can't talk to or see each other.  And his family is flat out keeping him from attempting to contact me.  If I try to contact him, they'll put me in jail.

I'm dropping the PPO I have against him, and the one he has against me hasn't been signed, so it isn't in effect yet, though I suspect he will drop it against me.

He called a friend last night and told him that he's doing everything he can to get me back.  He's going into counseling, he's getting on meds, he's getting a job, and he just wants us to be together.  I don't know yet if it's possible.  He will lose most of his family if we do get back together.  I haven't talked to him to see if he's going to do the work it takes.

But I have real hope now.
