My fb status will probably annoy some people but I'm a realist who doesn't go looking for trouble. If I had just myself to worry about, it might be different but I have a family to think about and they come first.

Understandable. Most of my stuff is adorable/silly animals, inspirational stuff, some snarky stuff, talking about my beyond insane cat and well, the writing--which I KNOW drives some corners NUTS but oh well!  Smiley

There IS a new status up but it's one only a select few can see... Penth, you may get a bit of a giggle out of it.

All I'm saying is my mom is going to SHOOT ME when this book comes out!  Smiley

Yeah, after I get a very big scolding for it... My mom is a bit... embarrassed when it comes to "over 18" stuff.

I still say she'll think I was taken over by an alien or possessed at some point! LOL

I forgot to toss in that I share a LOT of Doctor Who and CSI stuff... OOPS.

On that note I have a little boy who is antsy for his computer time. I'm going to hand things over to him and go veg with the purring teddy bear for a bit while I bounce around more ideas for the current manuscript in progress.

I'll be in at the usual school day time but offline most of the day, writing. Three or four days left before summer break. *SIGH*

Dinner is proceeding nicely and tomorrow I expect to write like a house on fire. The prose is finally starting to flow -- at least for the later half of the book.

It's a writing day for me today so I'll be offline in a couple of hours, once Hubby leaves for work. I'm hoping to get Chapter 22 on the go, big time, and I also know what's ahead of the first "uh oh!" scene, and what happens after it.

Skywise just called. He had to replace the car's battery on the way to work. It was nearly dead and he would have been stranded at work if he hadn't replaced it before he got there. *sigh*

Hubby is home and I have a pizza in the oven for supper but I can finish mine pretty soon. I also know exactly how I'm going to start off Chapter 23... I think after this HUGE scene (about 4,000 words NOW), the reader will need as much of a break as the characters....  Smiley

I'm trying to get the bones and sometimes more than bones of as many scenes down today as I can. Then I can sure them as a starting point for a day's work. I'm up to 50 pages now and have a number of scenes written up. Some need filling in and some are more or less complete.
