I deliberately kept quiet so you could get the new thread going. Tongue I like the title of it by the way. I'll be here for another hour or two, depending on how many MB I burn. I'm not editing, we've been straightening things up again.

We should do a Doctor Who themed one for November because of the 50th anniversary special on the 23rd of that month... Just a suggestion! Wink

Right now, I have the dish rack/drainer soaking in bleach. This is to prevent mold growth and if there's any mold on it, it's DEAD... Heh.

I got a lung-full of the bleach smell (I always use HOT water with bleach) and EW, I'm hacking up hairballs.... Don't mind me. GAG.  Smiley

I thought about a Doctor Who one but my knowledge of things Whovian is inadequate to the task. Suggestions for the next one?

Hmm... Well, the Doctor travels around in the TARDIS (stands for Time And Relative Dimension In  Space) which means he can go to ANY point in time whenever he wants - its outside looks like a British Police box but it's bigger on the inside (running joke), he is the destroyer of the Dalek race (for the most part), there are Weeping Angels (DON'T BLINK!), companions, cybermen, Wibbly-Wobbly Timey Wimey (saying), and a lot of other stuff dealing with that show/fandom. He has a Sonic Screwdriver that can open almost anything or fix a lot of stuff....

Let's see... The Daleks are always screaming "EXTERMINATE!" (they're kind of single minded idiots), you don't blink when you're face to face with a Weeping Angel (big trouble!), Ten wore Converse sneakers and a suit with a trench coat, Eleven wears a fez and bow tie, Nine wore a leather jacket and seemed to be a little "darker" than the last two incarnations at this point, Cybermen are something like the Borg but without the beehive consciousness/set up and they only use a person's brain... Oh boy, so much stuff that would take forever to explain!

My first suggestions would probably have something to do with Ten because he is my favorite so far (David Tennant: YUM and a great actor!)....

"The Time And Relative Dimension In Space Posts" (TARDIS with Posts, kinda long though)

"The Doctor and the Companion Posts"

"The EXTERMINATED Post"

"Wibbly Wobbly Posts"

"Timey Wimey Posts"

"The Bigger on the Inside Post"

"The Blue Box Posts" (they call the TARDIS a "blue box" sometimes)

I'll bounce around a few more ideas and see what I come up with. Hubby is also a Whovian so he may have a few better ideas.

Drainer/rack has soaked long enough, it's been wiped down, rinsed, sprayed with a strong cleaner and rinsed again, and dishes have been started. I'm soaking a few things now.

I got another few lung fulls of bleach aroma... GAG.

Still bouncing around ideas for a Doctor Who themed thread name............................

Hmm... "The TARDIS Posts" maybe?

On another note but still somewhat along those lines, I had a certain little guy ask me if I could bake something for Sunday, to eat during the Doctor Who marathon on Space. He said something about cookies or a cake so I'm going to make cookies, probably chocolate chip walnut, and something else if I have the stuff for it. Hubby's getting eggs, chocolate chips and a couple of other things on the way home so I'll have to see what I can come up with.

I DO know I want raw veggies with my dill dip for the 50th anniversary special, and I may make cookies too.... Cheesy

Dinner cooks. I've put a very temporary top over part of my workstation and even having THAT much use of it makes life a lot easier in the kitchen let me tell you! I'm hoping to have the base part of the top on it by this time next week. That way I'll be able to use it even without the heatproof tiles on it if I'm careful. And I will be!

Dinner is over and I am stuffed. Tomorrow we will be easing back into our normal routine by doing our usual "Saturday stuff." I don't know about Sunday but it isn't unusual for us to do something on Sunday if the weather is nice. Skywise already knows he'll be supervising on Monday so that's settled.

Morning. I'm here for now but I'm going to be quiet by times. It's baking day and I'm going to be busy on and off. I'm not feeling great either, so I may take off early.

Hubby works tonight, has tomorrow off and he works three day shifts this coming week so I'm going to be looking ahead in Book 2 over the weekend and planning where to go in the next chapter or so - like how much of the mystery to reveal to the reader, when the leading lady finds out the full truth and her reaction to it, etc. The build up to the UH OH part will start to become faster at this point so I'd better get all of the ducks in a row and work out a game plan on how to do things without going off on a tangent.

I need more coffee and I need to get caught up now.
