((hugs)) Slightly belated Christmas hugs everyone! 

Sounds so far like a great time was had by all Smiley  Ours was not as planned.  As we went to the clinic Christmas Eve day to get the Bloke checked out because he fell at work, we figured we might as well get our flu shots done.  I reacted somewhat badly to mine so it has been a pretty quiet day and as guilty as I feel about not getting it all together,  all the boys have been great about it and it was still a really nice day Smiley  Loving friends and family are such a blessing!  So happy you're a part of those blessings!  Anyway, sleep well and I'll try to catch up soon.  Smiley

Hi RT, sorry we missed you. So glad you had a great day yesterday!  Smiley

I was exhausted by the time we got back from my MIL's house that I just crashed on the chair with some cheesecake and the cat when we got home, and watched the Doctor Who Marathon on TV. Mom got me a Doctor Who mug that when you put hot liquids in it, the TARDIS disappears from one side and appears on the other. Pretty darn cool! I also have hazelnut-vanilla coffee.... YUM! Cheesy

The Christmas Special wasn't what I was expecting but it was still good... If rather sad, even before the Doctor went through his regeneration process... And that didn't happen in the way I was expecting. I admit I DID cry a bit... That's all I'm saying.

Today, it's finish up the mess created by the Christmas nuttiness here and trying to stay sane. I'm going to be guzzling coffee like crazy....

Ewwwwwwwww... Bills.

Right now I'm just wondering why someone so "innocent" in a situation would hide things and be so scared of someone else... That's only showing me and others they're REALLY the guilty party in something and if it comes out that someone can't see anything despite certain parameters, the one hiding everything is going to look REALLY bad... Especially since the other person in the situation allows said person to see a lot of things - which makes the one who can't see squat on the one person's area look even MORE innocent....

Just a general observation, that's all.......

Yeah, ya gotta wonder. I can understand being "prudent" about posting things online -- the "woods" is full of bad guys after all and there ARE some things that are TMI for people like parents and minors -- but locking EVERYTHING up behind security settings only slightly less high than "Above Top Secret" indicates to me a guilty conscience, paranoia verging on total terror or both. If you're scared to have the world to see it, don't put it online.

Skywise just worked on FireFox some more. We now have Adobe Reader again so I can watch weather radar when I need to.

I think Adobe came free with Win 8 on my system... I'm able to read PDFs with no problems. Cheesy

Exactly! And there ARE lists so general stuff can be shown to all while if you want only a select few to see it, you can do it that way. I do it with certain things like my hot guys shares so my mom doesn't faint and my sister doesn't get snarky at me for letting her almost 14 year old daughter see something like that. It's easy to do and I use lists a lot.

Something tells me the paranoid person's life isn't great too.... And maybe got worse in the last while... If you don't like your situation, GET OUT OF IT. Simple as that.

Yep.

Skywise has uninstalled the FireFox upgrade. I think he's gonna redo it the "right" way and set it up with Adobe and everything else at the start since the War Queen isn't as tech savvy as she could be. Smiley

My son is just NOSY... At least Spirit has a reason to be there, my son doesn't sometimes... If I'm playing a game in FB, it's one thing, another if I'm typing something up or replying to a private message in here or FB....

Son also uses the excuse of shoving a dirty sock in my face as a reason to come around the computer area when he hears the keyboard clicking.... Roll Eyes

My keyboard is pretty darn noisy, even the new ones for some stupid reason, and Son's hearing is pretty darn good even with the TV turned WAY up... So if he hears keyboard clicking, he comes running. Roll Eyes

The Queen got her cuddles and Moonie got her missing Christmas presents -- FINALLY! Now I'm back to do dishes and figure out how to build a stand for my foam "head" that I keep my Mardi Gras mask and the necklace I bought to go with my "reward dress" on. The darn thing keeps falling over if you breathe on it hard and that will NOT do!
