	Very tight in the chest right now... I'm allergic to the laundry detergent we currently have. It's making me choke up and sneeze. Hubby is bringing some unscented stuff home tonight, and I'm going to be washing EVERYTHING that has that ultra strong scent on it. I can't fold clothing if I'm choked up or sneezing constantly. Stupid environmental allergies... Ugh. I am okay, I have the windows open and I'm avoiding the clean clothing area right now.

	VE! The smell of clean clothes is supposed to make you feel GOOD not sick!! I've been sitting here drinking tea and catching up. We're expecting more "weather" over the weekend although nothing like Tuesday's storm is expected but you can bet everyone will be watching the skies obsessively every time it clouds up for a while.

	Tell me about it! SIGH This is the first time I've had problems with that particular brand. The other scents we've had in that brand do not bother me whatsoever, but this one does. It's the first and last time we'll be getting that scent. It's a nice smelling one, but it's too strong for my lungs and nose. SIGH The pine pollen coming in the windows is NOT helping either. Damned if I do, damned if I don't today. YUCK.

	Went up to the Guest House to get the meat we got yesterday. I needed to repackage most of the ground beef and wrap the pork before putting it in the freezer. I get there and IT IS ALL FROZEN! So is a half dozen bottles of water and a six pack of bottled root beer. I've put what I can in the freezer but I still have nearly 9 POUNDS of ground beef that needs to be repackaged. One package is a bit over two and a half pounds and the other is over six pounds. I've put them in our refrigerator to thaw along with the root beer. Hopefully, I'll be able to do something with the meat tomorrow.

	sigh Today has NOT been a good "eye day." I've managed to get a few things done though. I'm going to work on the larp a bit if my eyes will cooperate. They're watering too much for me to write although I HAVE just about figured how the bad guys force Our Hero to do what they want so that's good. Creepy, icky and hopefully horrifying but... good.

	Finally bullied that ground beef into meal sized packages. STILL getting it out from under my fingernails though. Dishes are washed and I'll be starting dinner in about fifteen minutes. I also made some headway on the larp tables. The rulebook is gonna be huge. STILL thinking about the particulars of how Our Hero ends up doing the Bad Guy's will. I have the method -- why it works and why it stops working, much to the Bad Guy's annoyance -- but... ah... inflicting... it on Our Hero is what I'm currently working on.

	We made a quick run into town -- had to pay the mortgage -- and did some early "payday" shopping since "payday" is a Federal holiday and it's gonna be insane in the stores toward the end of the week. A loud and noisy thunderstorm rolled in while we were in town. Fortunately, we were in the Walmart during the worst of it and since I was "shopping slow" it was past by the time I hit the checkout. Even nicer, it was past HERE when we got home. Now I get to put the rest of the stuff away but first, I'm gonna catch my breath.

	A few days ago, I learned that my favorite romance writer, Kathleen E. Woodiwiss, rather than having retired died in 2007. I immediately ordered her last book and today it arrived. I was expecting a paperback but it is a hardcover and was still shrink-wrapped. I recently got three of her books that I didn't have and I expect to be busy reading them -- savoring actually -- for the rest of the summer. Hers are among my favorite romance books and I regret that there will be no more.
