	It's up to 25 degrees now which is an improvement but not much of one. Skywise is at work by now and I'm getting organized. The eyes are already giving me fits today so I don't know how much I'm going to get done as far as reading/writing/editing is concerned.

	My eyes decided to behave and I'm managing to get a little done on the Scrivener's manual and yeah, it's a lot easier to read as a word document!

	Afternoon. We've been to town and back already this morning and Skywise will be getting ready to leave shortly. I managed to make decent progress on editing the Scrivener manual last night and I'm hoping to finish up in a couple of days. Or at least, finish up what I need immediately to get started. I bought a binder for it today so I'll have something to put the printed sheets in. I'm almost caught up -- still need tea! -- so I'll be starting on it as soon as Skywise leaves. I'm anxious to start working with this new software but I'm not going to take off half-cocked. I WILL have the relevant parts of the user manual at hand before I start! Post # 34,700

	Morning. I was exhausted last night and I'm still tired now. I think I'm trying to catch a cold. Or a cold is trying to catch me! Either way, I'm gonna take zinc and vitamin C and take it easy today. We have cold, nasty weather coming in so I just might hibernate until tomorrow.

	I've slept most of the day and I think I feel better. At least, I'm no worse. I need to eat something and get the dishwasher going but there's no hurry with that since it's Wednesday and that's usually "Mom doesn't cook" day.

	Afternoon. I'm feeling better today but I'm definitely gonna be careful 'cause tomorrow will be another busy day and I "may" not be out of the woods yet as far as the attacking cold is concerned. We made a successful run to Bloomington for groceries and I'm now getting caught up.

	My feet were cold and I ended up taking a long nap with the Queen. I "think" I've beaten off the cold that was trying to catch me. At least I can't feel the air moving through my bronchial tubes and that's always a good sign!

	The Queen decided that I needed to lay down with her. So I did. She decided that I needed a nap. So I took one. She decided that I needed to cuddle her after I got up. So I did. She decided that I needed to feed her. So I did. Now, I hope, she'll decide to take a nap so I can get something "not cat-related" done!

	She's FINALLY asleep behind the computer and I've had some food myself. I should be feeling human shortly. The Queen has been more demonstrative/possessive lately because she and WP are having a "turf war" and the turf they are warring over is me! It gets kinda hair-raising when the Queen is on the bed next to me and WP decides to lay on my leg..... The Queen is an Aries and WP is a Leo and neither of them "share" worth a damn....

	The Queen finally decided that sleeping next to me with a full tummy is better than sleeping in my lap so I've gotten some work done on the Scrivener user manual. Now, since it's after 10 and my head hurts (eye strain most likely) it's time to see about getting us fed. TIME TO MAKE THE CHILI!!
