	......REALLY tired of the "Indiana Bashing" on Facebook. It isn't like that damned bill was approved by a referendum. It was passed on the sly by a bunch of politicians who were catering to a noisy, bigoted, politically active special interest group. It has blown up in their faces. State and local official who had NOTHING to do with it will be doing "damage control" for years. And people like me, who don't give a damn who marries whom, have to put up with scattershot abuse on social media.

	Morning. It doesn't feel like Easter. For one thing, it's darn chilly. For another thing, Skywise and I weren't able to fill the eggs together last night 'cause he had to work. Thirdly, we were awakened by the Firstborn this morning with the news that there was an ambulance in the neighbor's driveway. Skywise investigated and it turns out that she has the flu and the ambulance was taking her to a hospital in Indianapolis -- since we don't have one now -- to be checked out. I had wondered why they didn't have a party yesterday....

	Dinner will be late. The roast we bought yesterday for tonight's dinner is frozen solid. Skywise is positive that he put the roast in the Guest House refrigerator and the rest of the meat we bought in the freezer. When I went to get the roast just now, the roast was in the freezer and the rest of the meat in the refrigerator. The roast is now in the crockpot. Dinner will be served in six or seven hours.......

	The meat finally got done and we've had dinner -- only two and a half hours late -- but it came out good so there's that. I STILL have to frost the Easter cake Spirit wanted but I'm gonna let my dinner "settle" a bit first. Besides, it's still pretty hot in the kitchen.

	Skywise has a dental appointment on Tuesday which means we'll probably stay in tomorrow. I hope so. I could use a "sleep in" morning which I did not get this morning thanks to Moonie informing us of the ambulance in the neighbor's driveway. I hope this coming week is better than last. The whole "glasses thing" was trying to the nerves and just more "stuff" to deal with that we didn't need.

	Laundry is out of the dryer, Skywise is at work and I've been looking for vans. My eyes are killing me. The ambulance looked interesting from a somewhat kinky/naughty point of view but it wouldn't do as a "daily driver". There were vans in Evansville and Corydon but neither met our specifications. So since my eyes ARE killing me, I'm going to go talk to UNI while I rest them. Later....

	Back from town. Eyes do NOT want to work today and since the internet connection is liable to be spotty today due to the rain, I probably won't be on much. sigh I hate having to "special order" my glasses. It takes so long to get them. It will be the end of the week at the absolute earliest before I get them but late next week is more likely. Gods forbid that I have to wait until the week after next.....

	Skywise is on his way to work. He "should" get there before the rain arrives. As soon as I know he isn't going to call, I'm going to take some aspirin and get prone. My knees do NOT like this weather, especially my left one. The pain extends all the way from my knee to my ankle and getting prone and positioning it just right the the only way to get relief -- which puts a definite crimp in my plans for the day. Good thing I did a bunch of laundry and dishes yesterday.....

	My legs feel a little better and I got a nap which I needed since a very loud thunderstorm woke me up this morning a couple of hours after I went to bed. I've been hunting vans and now I need to see about getting some dishes washed. ETA: I wrote this at 6:30 pm. It is now 6:54 and I've discovered that this post didn't go through. I can't connect to anything else either and my IP provider's system control center (which I always have open in a tab) says that "all systems are go" but nothing's happening.....

	Dinner's in the oven. We had to watch AoS in Spirit's room because the living room television was picking up the CW on the ABC channel. We had a limb come down on that side of the house over the weekend and it may have knocked the antenna out of alinement. Skywise and I will work on it before next Tuesday......
