	I think I may be trying to catch something -- or something is trying to catch me. In any event, I took it easy today and tried to adjust to the damned time change. I feel better than I did earlier so maybe I've fought it off.

	Afternoon. Back from town. There was a very large truck blocking the intersection this morning. It was gone when we got back from town so it must have figured out where it was supposed to be which wasn't here.

	Evening. I didn't get as much done today as I wanted but I never do. On the plus side, I've come to the conclusion that the ever worsening pain I've been having is being caused by some sort of inflammation. I'd stopped taking turmeric for a while and the pain started up again, getting steadily worse. I started the turmeric again a few days ago and the pain is almost gone. They've changed the dosage instructions so it's easier for me to take as directed and that probably helps. In other news, a bomb cyclone is just moving into the state from the west. Very high winds and the assorted foolishness associated with it will be the order of the day tomorrow. At least we won't be getting the blizzard conditions they're getting out West. The weather will arrive before Skywise gets home but there's no help for that. He'll call before he starts home. I'm going to head out now before things get lively. Besides, I haven't had dinner yet. Everyone sleep well and be safe.

	Afternoon. Skywise got home just ahead of the rain which arrived at 2:30 am. By this morning we'd had nearly a quarter of an inch. We went on our produce run and when we got back, we had nearly a half inch so it really rained while we were gone. The rain has let up for the moment but we have a Tornado Watch in effect so I'm expecting more foolishness before the day is over. sigh Now to get caught up on something besides the weather....

	The wind has died. The temperature has dropped into the 40s so hopefully that will be it for the severe thunderstorms and tornadoes. It looks like the bomb cyclone has moved past us and there is nothing coming up behind it. That should give the people who took the brunt of it a chance to dig out. I hope that they catch a break. 	Organizing a mountain of research and doing more. Yeah, I know I could keep it on a computer but in case of power outage or the computer crashing, I want it at hand so I print it out and put it in binders. I'm up to six now and that doesn't count my cookbook...... Yeah, I'm kinda "old school"...

	Skywise and I took solid naps and feel better We've been using megabytes too quickly -- curse the internet service provider for making it so hard to track them now! -- so all online research is on indefinite hold. This road is in the first group to be connected to the new system and I hope they get here soon!
