	I've finished eating and taken my after dinner dose of metformin. Now I need to keep myself busy until bedtime. That shouldn't be hard. There's laundry to put away and dishes to wash. As usual.

	Skywise hasn't called yet but it's the first Monday after Thanksgiving and the Christmas Rush is unquestionably on so who knows when he'll get off. I'm going to do a few more dishes and then head out as I am falling asleep at the keyboard. Everyone sleep well and be safe.

	Afternoon. Skywise didn't get home until nearly 4 am. And, of course, we had to go into town to pick up a prescription that, it turned out, wasn't ready. So we had lunch, made a quick stop at the grocery and came home. We'll make another stab at getting the prescription later in the week.

	Afternoon. It was after 4 when he got home and naturally, we had places to go and things to do this morning so we're once again short of sleep. I really hope he gets home earlier tonight since we have places to go and things to do tomorrow too. Now to get caught up.

	I took a nap so nothing has gotten done but at least I'm awake -- mostly. Sometime in the next hour or so, I need to eat so I can take my pills. Something light, I think. I don't feel like having a big meal.

	Morning. We're back from my last appointment for the year. The nutritionist was pleased with my glucose numbers. More > We have only two more appointments for this year and NEITHER OF THEM ARE FOR ME! Still more > And, so far, only one appointment in January. Things "should" settle down after that one. I'm ready. We've had lunch so I'm going to get caught up.

	Did some rearranging in the basement -- my body is gonna hate me in the morning. Finished one minor woodworking project and made progress on another. Started overhauling my cookbook -- taking some obsolete stuff out to make room for the Low Carb/High Fat stuff coming in. That particular subject is going to need two binders. The revised recipes and the new ones will go into the cookbook. "Theory" and maybe the carb tables will go in another binder. The current version of my Master Cookbook is getting seriously hard to handle so breaking up the information in it makes sense. We'll be starting dinner in about 90 minutes -- Skywise is working tonight -- so I'm getting caught up before we start that.

	Saw the first episode, next one is tomorrow. Already killed Oliver Queen and Supergirl's mother. I "hope" that Argo City comes back in the reconstructed universe. I'm going to head out now. I've been working on my cookbook and my eyes are tired. Spring will -- probably -- see me with new glasses. I hope I don't have to wear them full time. I kinda like not having to wear them all the time. Anyway, everyone sleep well and be safe.

	Afternoon. The "Ghostbusters: Afterlife" trailer was released this morning and I've been watching it. A lot. It's been posted all over my news feed and I've been sharing it to my page. I'll pick the best ones and delete the rest. A couple of the foreign versions have a couple of extra clips so I'll definitely be keeping those. We were out of bread so we made a quick trip into town to get some. Skywise has left for work. He said to expect him when he gets here. It's expected to be a heavy mail day and it's raining which always slows things down. At least it isn't freezing rain......
