	Dinner is almost ready. FINALLY. I'm probably going to have to take my glucose reading earlier than I want but it can't be helped. One thing after another -- especially a mouse loose in the house -- slowed things down considerably!

	I've been working on the cookbook, making things easier to read and getting my LCHF references in order so I can have them at hand for serious recipe reworking. I'm hoping that at least a couple of my dessert/cookie recipes can be modified for my diet.

	We're back from Spirit's dental appointment and he's gone again. He told me to expect him when he gets here. We're thinking it's going to be another 10 to 12 hour day -- hopefully not another 14 hour one. It's precipitating again -- it can't decide if it's rain or snow. Thankfully, it isn't freezing rain. Now I'm going to get settled down -- which I need to do -- and get caught up.
