	Skywise and the girls picked up pizza so no cooking tonight. I'm planning on making dinner tomorrow so it's fair. Checking on the wood I'll need to finish the cabinet and checking pricing.

	Afternoon. We're back from a successful expedition... which wasn't planned but the Gods -- one in particular -- had other plans. We'll have an extra stop to make tomorrow as a result but that's okay. It's worth it. Now to get caught up.

	It's looking more and more like a "home theater" set up downstairs is how we'll be seeing movies in the future. While the studios are still committed to the theaters, the theaters might not be there once the pandemic is over. AMC/Regal is in particularly dire straits. Drive-ins might make a strong comeback but they can only operate in good weather. Guess I better put a "theater plan" together.....

	Skywise is up at the Old House. So far the furnace is staying on. It may "just" need a good cleaning. Hope so, we really don't need anything else to deal with. Post # 43,450

	Evening. We went to McCormick's Creek State Park today with a stop at Hunter's Honey Farm on the way back. After that, I needed a nap which I got. I'm pretty sure that the world is still out there but I'm gonna go make sure....

	World's still out there. I've been working on coloring a letter from an adult coloring book for the scrapbook project. Pages and pages of text become mind numbing after a while so... illuminated letters at the beginning of each section. And maybe some suitable illustrations if I can find some. 	Afternoon. Took care of some business in town this morning that promises to save us a substantial amount of money. Definitely a good thing with "retirement" on the horizon. Skywise's accident back in April accelerated the deterioration of one knee and now the other knee is starting to bother him. (Like mine. ) So yeah, retirement will likely be coming sooner than we'd previously planned. We were already in good shape but this should improve things in the long run.

	I need to access an email account I haven't used for a few years. My password won't work. I can't use "forgot password" to get the password without logging into the account. I can't log into the account without the password. I need both the answer to the Security Question and my phone number. I can't remember what answer I gave to the Security Question. (For security reasons, there are a number of possibilities.) The site is filling in the password but then tells me it doesn't "match their records". If it doesn't "match their records" what are they filling that blank space with? Sometimes I HATE technology.....

	The cats have forgiven us for taking them to the vet today so we won't be murdered in our sleep. I've waited as long as I can to check my glucose so I'm going to head out and do the "blood sacrifice". Too bad the blood that the Prince drew didn't count. 	All errands are now completed! It has been a VERY good day. I will now get a glass of chocolate milk and take my supplements including a painkiller. I'd like to be able to move reasonably pain-free for the rest of the day!

	Thinking ahead to the "capital improvements" we want to make around the property. Might get one or two done before winter then start on the others in the spring. I'll need to work up a list of what we want to do, in what order we want to do them and a budget for each. The goal is to have the majority of them done before Skywise retires. It should be a pleasant way to spend the winter months and the research should be fun. Post #43,456

	sigh I "speculated" based on remarks by people who are affected by a situation. "Proof" is now being demanded -- by someone not affected by the situation but who is emotionally invested in being "right" about the situation. NOT gonna play that game. Yes, I should have kept my mouth shut. I think I'll concentrate on getting the "financial ducks" lined up for a while.....
