	Here in Indiana, the polls will open at 6 am and close at 6 pm. Counting will start as soon as everyone in line has voted and I expect the outcome -- at least in the Presidential race -- to be known fairly early. I'm probably going to burn off a lot of energy tomorrow -- nerves -- and I'll be trying not to eat everything in sight. I may have said that already but "babbling" is already starting to be a problem....

	Heading out for a while before I lose what little is in my stomach at the moment. I'm glad I'm a "solitary" 'cause the level of hate in some quarters makes me sick. I refuse, at the moment, to think about what these hate-filled individuals will do if they don't get their way -- probably something vile that they can somehow justify through painfully twisted logic. I will have to oppose them while waiting for the truth to come out. Hopefully, that won't take long....

	Took a nap. I figured that I'd need it and I wouldn't be fighting the urge to eat what I shouldn't if I was asleep. I'm currently simmering some canned beef in bbq sauce for tomorrow's lunch/dinner. That requires watching as it cooks down so that will keep me distracted. Once it's done, Moonie and I will start dinner. And.....tada! We got our turkey today so Thanksgiving will go on as scheduled whether the oven is working or not!!

	I've taken the bbq off the heat as it's cooked down enough and was "just" starting to stick to the bottom of the pan. I've discovered the best way to break up the big chunks of meat in my non-stick pot -- use a potato masher.

	BBQ is in the refrigerator which takes care of Skywise's pre-work snack tomorrow and my dinner. This is good. Edited to add: Moonie says she'll have bbq for dinner too.

	Wow.. just WOW! The Democrats aren't even trying to hide their efforts to steal the election! Case in point: Wisconsin knows how many voters are registered in the state. They also know how many votes were cast. There were, ACCORDING TO WISCONSIN'S OWN FIGURES, more than 110,000 votes cast than registered voters. So.....more than 110,000 votes are fraudulent. I say more since it is unlikely that every, single registered voter in the state voted. How anyone with a shred of honesty or morality can support this party is beyond me! It is incomprehensible.

	Skywise called a little bit ago to warn me that part of the route we take to 37 will close permanently soon. We've been expecting it but still.... I guess I'll enjoy the scenery while I can. The damned interstate is cutting the county in half. All the talk of "development" was a lie and the only people who've profited are construction companies and politicians. The only bright side is that people "probably" won't want to buy land for development out here and some of the people already here may leave when it becomes too difficult to get to town. We won't. I've wished for a long time that this area was still as remote as it was when I was a child and it could be that way again... Post # 43,634

	Afternoon. Busy day so far. We made our produce run and had lunch then came home and got on the chores. Skywise was inspecting the roof with the Prince while I paid bills. He's getting ready to leave right now and I'll be working on "projects" for the next hour or two. Then back to chores.

	I worked a bit longer on my project than I'd planned. I had to start over from scratch. Thank the Gods for having lots of posterboard on hand!! I'm going to make one last try and making my design idea work. If it doesn't, I'll have to rethink the whole design which means I'll start painting the parts of the cabinet that are ready for that.

	Had to put the smackdown on a condescending little bitch over on Facebook. Not sure of the "gender" of said person but she/he/it and her/his/their cronies are probably having a fit about now but.... I've turned off notifications for that post, hid it and and "snoozed" the author of it for 30 days. So they can scream all they want -- if they want -- and waste their breath because I ain't listening.

The prototype isn't especially neat but when I'm doing it "for reals" I'll take my time which I did NOT do today. I did it just enough to confirm that the pieces will fit like I want them too. Making a curved design out of a straight one is not something that can be done quickly if you want it neat... and I want it to be neat and as close to perfect as I can make it. THAT will take time and I'm prepared to take as much time as needed to accomplish that. I'm going to need a better bar compass, white paint and maybe gloves to keep from leaving graphite covered fingerprint smudges on the canvas -- which will happen if I have to erase lines and start over more than one or two times.
