	Well, since I "may" be able to see my doctor three Mondays in a row sometime soon, I've started the process of jumping through the required hoops to get the medication that needs to be injected into my knees to give me some -- a lot, I hope -- relief. It will be next week before I hear anything. I hope that they can get the ball rolling promptly. I'd like to get this done while the weather is still relatively decent and getting into town isn't too difficult -- although it's gonna get difficult pretty soon.....

	Ate and took my pill over two hours ago. The problem with eating early is that I get hungry before bed and since I want to be fasting when I check my glucose in the morning, a "bedtime snack" is out of the question. sigh It will be about 10 hours before I can eat....

	I couldn't rest so I went up to the Old House and worked out some details on the Wheel of the Year I'm making. Right now I'm trying to decide if I should make it "posterboard size" or go up to 24 x 36 inches (The canvas isn't quite that big. I measured it.) I guess the main deciding factor will be if I can find a poster frame that size that I can use for the "glass" covering the Wheel. If I can find that, I can use the larger canvas, put a bit more decoration along the sides and build a fancy frame for it -- which, I'll admit, I'd like to do. I did a "test" and I can use a very fine point Sharpie pen (not a marker) on artist canvas which means that I can do some very fine detail that I couldn't do with paint. So, as far as that goes, it's a good day.....

	Dinner is cooking. After I got back from the Old House, I started the dishwasher and got off my feet. The Prince assisted in getting me to sleep and I got a nap. Still very upset but I know that "the process" isn't over yet no matter what AP says, Fraud as blatant as what we've seen won't be ignored and/or swept under the rug. Patience is required which isn't one of my more notable virtues but I will endure, hopefully without losing my sanity.

	I'm a bit worried, maybe more than a "bit". Skywise's leg went out on him while he was on the roof! He got down which is a good thing, it would have been damned embarrassing if we'd had to call the fire department to get him down. Thing is, now his leg hurts worse than it did the night he fell off the loading dock. He's having to use a cane to get around. The doctor didn't order X-rays when she saw him, she just consulted the ones taken that night. Something's "more wrong" now and I think he needs X-rays.....

	Afternoon. Not too good so far. Our usual route into town was closed and we had to detour. The dining room where we intended to eat was closed. Biden's ugly mug was on the front page of the paper Spirit wanted. Walmart STILL hasn't restocked the storage box I need. And the poster frame -- despite the measurements on it -- is too small for the Wheel of the Year. So now, I have to find somewhere that sells plexiglass that they can cut to size AND build a frame for it. More "Happy Day before my birthday" to me......

	Kinda bummed. Just unfollowed a couple of actors I really like on Facebook. They have lousy taste in political associations. I hope those "associations" don't come back and bite them in their respective butts but if they do, they do. We'll need to take the detour we used today to get into town for at least a week. The work probably needs to be done but it would have been nice if the powers that be had taken the number of people inconvenienced by it into consideration when planning and scheduling it. But hey, we're just "country folk" and really not important.
