	Skywise has called and he's on his way. He'll probably be a little later tonight. Since the route he normally takes only goes "one way" now, he's going to scout out an alternate route. I'm a little concerned 'cause he was yawning while we talked. I told him to be careful. Anyway, heading out. Everyone sleep well, be safe, hang in, stay calm and STAY HEALTHY!!!

	Afternoon. Busy -- as usual on Thursday. Amazon driver delivered my order then decided to turn around in the driveway, got hung up -- three/four times -- and decided that maybe backing out of our driveway wasn't such a bad idea.... Anyway, Skywise is on his way, somewhat late since he didn't leave until that delivery guy was safely out of the driveway and I have the simple glass votive candle holders that I couldn't find anywhere and had to order. sigh NOW, I'm going to sit down with tea, relax (as much as the news will let me) and get caught up

	The internet is an echo chamber tonight. A boring echo chamber: nothing insightful, nothing informative, nothing new and/or interesting. Just a bunch of guys sitting around hashing over old information, going round and round, saying nothing. The only thing missing is the beers and a juke box or a televised sports show. Time to put laundry away.....

	Caught up, finally! Hopefully the inflow of interesting information will slow down, at least for tonight. I got the furniture I needed to assemble put together and in place. Now all I have to do is clear space for the piece that's coming Sunday. I'll do that tomorrow. Also... something weird. When I started putting together the 2 door cabinet that I finished today, I found that a piece -- one of the door hinges -- was missing. I hunted and hunted for it. I combed the area where I'd opened the box. No sign of it. Gave up looking and tried to find a replacement part. Bought and tried a number of things. No luck. Finally gave up entirely and bought a single door cabinet that uses the same type of hinges. Took one of the hinges out of the package, put it in place and it worked perfectly. This left me with a cabinet with no way to put the door on but that was okay because I could use it as open shelving. Tonight -- after I'd put the finished cabinet in place -- there, one the floor IN PLAIN SIGHT was the missing hinge! There is NO WAY that I could have missed that hinge when I was looking for it. So.... something is going on. I just don't know what.

	Afternoon. Cold. Snowing. Intense pain. Nearly crippled today. Couldn't get up the front steps without Skywise's help. Gonna have to take painkiller even though I don't want to. It thins my blood too much but if I don't I'll be immobilized all day.

	The painkiller hasn't helped much. My right leg hurts like hell. I'm barely mobile but I have to get at least the bare minimum of my chores done. And with reduced mobility, it's gonna take a while.

	The "pantry" cabinet I ordered that Amazon lost and had to replace arrived yesterday. It is now downstairs waiting for me to put it together -- which will NOT be happening today. Too much leg pain at the moment. A pound of powdered dragon's blood arrived yesterday too. It's pretty and it smells nice. It currently resides in an air-tight jar to, hopefully, keep it fresh.

	I took painkiller about 10 minutes ago. Getting off my feet for a couple of hours didn't help. Today, I moved the pantry closet across the living room so Skywise wouldn't have to. HE had to get it down the stairs and into the far end of the basement. Tomorrow, I'll have to stay off my feet as much as I can after we get home. I could really use a laptop right now.... 	Just ordered a really beautiful incense burner. It comes with some charcoal disks in case the ones I have have degraded over time. I have a LOT of incense now and I want to start using it again...

	In pain. Managed to gouge myself with a drill bit. Right leg still hurts like hell. Fortunately, Moonie can handle finishing dinner except for the putting in/taking out of the pizzas from the electric oven. It's too easy to burn yourself on that thing so I do it. For tomorrow's dinner, all I'll have to do is make sure that everything she needs to use is clean and she'll be able to make most of our dinner without my help.
