	Afternoon. Exhausted. But... we have an electric countertop oven! More We hit FIVE stores before we found one that is big enough. It's a newer model of the one we had. Now, I'm getting caught up a little before I take my heavy shoes off, change into my sneaks and get off my feet.

	Tried out the new oven on the biscuits I was going to bake on Thursday. They were a little dry from being in the refrigerator and half frozen but they came out okay. Tomorrow, I'll make fresh ones to go with the sausage gravy I'll be making. Right now, Moonie is making chili for dinner. Last of the leftovers will be tomorrow's dinner along with some fresh sides.

	LP appeared at 2 am last night, stayed the night and then left this afternoon after we got back. He has returned is and chowing down.

	Afternoon. Been busy. Made sausage gravy and biscuits for late breakfast. Oven worked great. LP has been in and out all morning. Currently gonna get off my aching knees.

	The filling is done. The crust around the edges is burnt. I hope that the apple pies come out better.

	Dinner's over. The leftovers tasted pretty good. The pie filling was fine despite the crust being burned round the edges. I'm going to have to get an oven thermometer to check the temperature in the new oven. I think it's "running hot". Post # 45,533

	Morning. Too many carbs yesterday. Gotta be especially good today. Skywise has another PT appointment today followed by an MRI on his knee. The girls and I are staying home since he doesn't know how long it will take, it's cold and we'd have to stay in the van so he'll come back and get us so we can go to lunch.

	He got home, we dashed to the bank and ate, got home and he headed out. I've been recovering from cooking from Wednesday straight through to today -- still have today and tomorrow to go -- and washing dishes. Just about everything needs to be washed and a lot of things have been washed more than once already. Washing will probably continue into tomorrow. Laundry will need to be started soon. And the trash goes out tonight...

	Everything is done. Or in the case of the dishes and laundry... as done as it's going to get! LP arrived at 1:15 am after being gone all day. He stole my seat but graciously hopped down because he knows it is "kitty treat night" and he wants his share!

	Afternoon. Skywise should be at work by now. We did "Thursday stuff" today because Skywise has PT tomorrow and there wouldn't be time to do the "Milk and Produce Run" and eat afterwards. So, we did it today. LP left at 7 pm last night and returned at 2:40 am, about 20 minutes before Skywise got home. I was sitting here waiting for Skywise when a felt someone gently stick me on the knee with a claw. I thought it was WP or Sunlord but it was LP! I picked him up and put him on my lap. HE LIKED IT! He settled down and started purring while I petted him. It was the first time he's done that. Most of the time, he favors Skywise. He's still here. It's chilly and drizzly and a bit foggy so he has no inclination to go out. I hope he stays the night. I worry about him when he leaves.

	Must start on the laundry. LP has just gone out. I don't know if he'll come back in shortly or check in with his "other family". Plus side: We found an Eye of Round roast for Christmas dinner today so.... a definite win!
