	Skywise just called. He's on his way. One of the cancelling machines was down for five hours which is why it's another late night. I'm heading out now as I'm very close to falling asleep at the keyboard. Everyone sleep well, be safe, stay calm and STAY HEALTHY!!!

	Afternoon. We got everything done this morning that HAD to be done despite being short of sleep. Property taxes: Paid State Income taxes: On the way Grocery shopping: Done Skywise is on his way to work and I'm attempting to get organized. Moonie has been wildcrafting again. She's apparently determined that I will NOT run out of this particular item. No worries. There's no way we could over-harvest this particular item....

	Afternoon. The Age of Miracles ain't over! I actually managed to find everything on my shopping list today! EVERYTHING is crossed out! This is a good thing. I won't have to hunt for anything in the store until at least the middle of next week, if then. My knees love the thought. In addition, last night, having discovered that our favorite flavor of jam is "unavailable in this area" and that Amazon was charging an obscene/price gouging amount for it, I went to the Smucker's site and arranged for quarterly delivery of the jam at a fraction of what the price gouging vendor was wanting. So THAT is good too!

	Skywise and I were discussing knees -- his and mine -- and he's going to need bi-lateral knee replacement too, barring a STAR TREK: Next Generation level medical breakthrough. The question is, which of us should be first to have the surgery and then the rehab which, according to all the research I've done so far, will take a year, more or less. We've decided that once we've selected a surgeon, we'll have him/her evaluate both of us and recommend which of us should go first and which one can wait. In happier news, Lord Purrington, the Night Stalker has discovered the catnip bed. He likes it... We'll get him started on vet visits next week -- which he probably won't like.

	I've been working for three hours making room for and then assembling some storage shelves only to find that a piece vital to the assembly is missing. I've contacted the seller. I hope I get a positive response. Otherwise, the unit is nearly useless. Post # 44,644

Well, I just came upstairs after an unsuccessful search for a book that Skywise and I both know that we have and, just before I started up the stairs, I looked down and discovered the missing piece at my feet. I'm reasonably sure that it wasn't there last night. Another case of a missing piece turning up where I'd already looked. Yes, I said "thank you."

	Afternoon. Busy morning so far. We started off with a thunderstorm which isn't unusual in Indiana in the spring. Then, because I wanted *good* biscuits, I made breakfast which I normally don't have time to do. We made a recycling run, shopped and had lunch. What we shopped for was a new kitty carrier for Lord Purrington. He's "officially" our cat now. He seems particularly attached to Skywise. He jumped up on the bed last night, lay down next to Skywise, showed his tummy and purred like a little motor. He's a very sweet, friendly little boy and we'll be make his first vet appointment probably tomorrow with, hopefully, his first visit next Monday.

	Afternoon. I didn't get to bed until nearly three last night because little Lord Purrington decided to stay outside all night! Spirit got him inside sometime after dawn and he's quite pleased with himself. Naturally. Getting caught up before I get started on the day's list. The Q & A for my last lesson has arrived and I'll need to download and listen to that but not before I get a few other urgent things done. Post # 44,654
