	Took a shorter nap than usual which is bad since I got very little sleep last night. Yeast for pizza is currently proofing. Dinner will be early tonight -- Skywise is home -- and so will my bedtime.

	Morning. NO expeditions to Home Depot today for which I'm grateful. That means that Skywise hasn't run into any unexpected problems in the porch repair that require more materials. We'll probably do a quick recycling run sometime today -- the place is filling up -- and eat and that's the extent of the planned excursions.

	Back from Lunch. Did some grocery shopping while in town. It has occurred to me that "Live Like Legends" would be a good theme song for "Darklord Kalidon" -- Our Hero in case you've forgotten -- especially when the Darkness has come out and he's mowing his opponents down with a sword in each hand. Rather like the Elf King in "The Hobbit" movies, especially in the last one.... (The Battle of Five Armies)

	I definitely got too hot: headache and the beginnings of "confusion" with, as it appears, a touch of dehydration. I finished the water and laid down for a while. I made dinner -- which is now over -- and since I'm still not feeling 100%, I'm going to head out. Skywise can have the computer until it's time to check my glucose. 	Third load in the dryer. Fourth load in the washer... Tax refund check FINALLY arrived. It has apparently been bouncing around the system since THE THIRTEENTH! Skywise is not happy about that to say the least.

	Skywise and the girls went on a recycling run. Then they made the run to Martinsville for pizza. No cooking tonight! The last load of laundry -- for today anyway -- is in the dryer.

	Afternoon. Long day. Went to Greenwood Park Mall for lunch and to shop at ThinkGeek. Then, once again.... Home Depot. Didn't get much today -- there was actually room in the van for us without crowding. I got hot on the way home, stretched out on the bed to rest my knees and fell asleep. The heat is supposed to break tonight with thunderstorms so tomorrow should be better as far as "heat" tolerance is concerned.

	Evening. It's been a busy day and I'm finally able to get in here. We spent close to an hour at the bank getting the mess there straightened out. The guy handling our account is NOT a happy camper -- this nonsense has been going on for 5 months -- and he's holding people's feet to the fire and he's alerting people higher up in the local organization about the problem. Hopefully that will be enough to get things straightened out FINALLY.

	Afternoon. Finally here. Skywise was using the computer as well as the television to watch The Race -- which was a good one and it "felt" like "The Race." Last year, it was held in August and it just didn't "feel" right. This year, it was held on "Race Day" and we have another Four Time Winner -- Helio Castroneves. Now to get caught up on everything that isn't race related.

	Lazy day. While Skywise used the computer, I did some design work that I couldn't do on the computer. It's not finished yet but I made progress. 	Painkiller worked and I did get some things done. Of course to do everything I NEED to do and WANT to do, I'd need to be triplets with good knees and I don't see that happening.. especially the "triplet" part. I've discovered that the problems I've been having with the cursor locking up seem to be with the mouse. I've switched out the mouse I was using with the mouse from my laptop and, so far, no problems... except now my laptop does not have a mouse. I'll order one from Amazon if I can't get one tomorrow. Skywise's vacation is over and tomorrow we'll be back on the "work" schedule. A lot got done over the last 10 days so there's that. No one is in danger of falling through the back porch floor now... I'm calling it a night. There will be a lot to do tomorrow before Skywise leaves so..... Everyone sleep well, be safe, stay calm and STAY HEALTHY!!!
