Instagram, What'sApp and Messenger are also down. We'll see how it goes. Other "social media" sites are still up -- Twitter, for instance -- but they could go down at any time. Wait and see time.

	FB is still up and is, for the moment, working properly. Sometime between 8 am and noon tomorrow, the stone for our "Parking Lot" project will be delivered. They're supposed to spread it but we're expecting to do some "fine tuning". Once it's done, I'll be picking the final location of the firepit and picnic table and getting started on THAT project. The rose arbor I want to build will have to wait until spring but I can't plant any roses until then anyway.

	We've done preliminary spreading of the stone. More will be delivered tomorrow. We may get a third to even things out and "make it pretty". Spirit is having trouble with the change. She'll get used to it but it will take a while.

	Second load is down and we're done for a while. After a few months -- once the stone has "settled" -- we'll probably get more to put on the part of the "parking lot" that's never had stone on it. The driveway will be fine for another 30 plus years. No rain yet but we could still get some later.

	We've had rain. We went out to eat and did our Thursday shopping while we were there. Actually ATE INSIDE LIKE CIVILIZED PEOPLE at Chick-fil-A! First time since lockdowns started. It was a treat and the manager even remembered us.

	Evening. Bad me! I was so tired last night that I didn't say "goodnight" and so busy today -- last Saturday of vacation -- that I didn't say "good morning." I've been working on building a special storage box and Skywise has been working on the porch roof up at the Old House. I'm also designing a firepit and hope to get it built before winter arrives.

	Moonie is making chili tonight and she's going to try her hand at making cornbread with a Jiffy mix. So far I have a "regular" dutch oven, a camper dutch oven, a square cast iron grill pan and my mother's collection of cast iron skillets. I'm going to need a lid lifter and probably a lid stand. "Maybe" a tripod and a grill rack to hang over the fire. First thing though, in addition to specialized cookbooks some of which will arrive tomorrow, is a backyard fire pit which is in the planning stages......

	Afternoon. Back from the parade. We got quite a haul of candy and.... three loaves of bread and two glazed rolls -- at 70 carbs each! Gonna have to cut those in half! Two packages -- one containing books, the other music -- were delivered by Amazon while we were gone and I'm gonna take my tea, cool off and look over the books.
