lol ok I guess I should start it off.

One of my favourite memories of Doc w/ his badge was the time he rescued me from going rogue.  I was in a particularly bad place in my life.  Work had just started nailing me about dressing the way I do, Marie and I were in a tough spot, and everywhere I turned it just kept getting worse, and worse.  I had started to go bad in the center of my being.  I pulled away from everyone and everything and just wanted this whole crap to end.  I'd had enough of playing nice, sick of trying to be merciful and would have been just fine working for the OTHER side at that time.  I had cut ties with everyone, or so I thought... but out of the blue Doc called me and reached out to me.  He pulled me back away from the abyss and helped me heal.  Eternally grateful for that one, bro.  Here's to you  Smiley Smiley

I remember one night last year. We had taken the girls to be tested by a psychologist so we could get them on SSI. The doctor's preliminary findings were so amazing -- the girls' conditions were actually improved from their last evaluations  -- that I went online and posted about it on MW as soon as we got home. Doc was so happy for us and he wasn't even calling me Mom then. We barely knew each other at that time.

Ok.. time to be serious for a second.

Doc, you have imspired a lot of us to push on when we've felt like giving up.  You have been hero to us all on some level.

*pulls out bowl of molten silver and watches Doc punch it with all he's worth.  The silver cools and forms a perfect replica of Doc's fist.  Ashe carves varioius blessings on it and then presents it to Doc*

Let his name be remembered with all the heros that have gone on before him.
Let his face be imprinted on our hearts
Let his picture be recorded in the halls of Valhalla as one of the greatest warriors to ever grace the eath with his presence.
Let the blessings of the divine follow him and let everything he touches prosper.
Let his light burn forever in our hearts and minds.
Those of us who still carry the badge will always remember you and try to honor you with what we to.

You will always be a shining example of what a guardian should be.
