Once you see this site, you will understand why I want to build the Castle. I have NO idea where I'll put it (To quote the Darklord: "It's gonna be HUGE!") but I'm gonna have to break down and order some molds and get started....

Have you checked out the Gallery Section? That will really get you drooling..... I'm already thinking about the Great Hall but I think I'll start with something less ambitious.

I'm thinking about doing The Pub or The Night Club or one of the levels in the Keyholder's Tower. I have enough unpainted miniatures on hand to do the Pub.  The Night Club would be a challenge since it is furnished in what we call "modern". The floor of the Keyholder's Tower I'm thinking of is the top one where Penth's Magickal workroom is along with the Family's Private Temple. I have a really cool idea for a Dream Gate.....

I know what you mean! I may have to dedicate most of the basement to the project. Even in "game scale" (1 inch = 6.5 feet) the Castle complex (original Castle and the Military compound) is HUGE. I'm gonna start small and see how it goes. There will, of course, be photos....

I just did a little number crunching. hehehe Built in "game scale" the Castle/Military Compound Complex would measure 66 inches by 112 inches with the Keyholder's Tower (the tallest of the 11 towers) being 24 inches tall. And that is just what is inside the main wall.....
The lake and Castletown aren't included.  Yet...

I'm also going to be experimenting with coloring the casting material before pouring it into the molds. After all, at some point, I'm going to need lavender limestone....

hehehehehe  Just got an email from Hirst Arts. My order will be sent Priority Mail tomorrow and I should have it by the end of the week. I'll probably do my initial experiments in relatively cheap Plaster of Paris before switching to a harder compound for the Castle....   *see Penth wrist deep in plaster...*

Just to prove how "nit-picky" I can be. I just spent 40 minutes searching Googled sites to find out the dimensions of your standard bar so that I can figure out how small I have to make the bars for the Pub and Night Club....
