Hobo Meatball Stew

1 pound prepared meatballs
4 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
4 medium carrots, cut into chunks
1 large onion, cut into chunks
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Place potatoes, carrots and onions in crock; top with meatballs. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the meatballs. Cover and cook on high 4 to 5 hours until veggies are tender.
