I would strongly recommend to use no more than three stones in a pouch. As that is what the average person can work with , but if you feel you can work with more , feel free. also feel free to work with less than three. And if you if you know of another combination, feel free to post it.
In some combinations I put in hematite or tiger iron as some people have problems working with this stone. if you have a really heavy feeling then use the tiger iron.
