This stone is an aluminium fluorsilicate. that is quartz,fluroite and hydroxide were combined during a volcanic activity and left to cool for thousands of years. it eventually turned into topaz.
In the past peridot was called topaz.far as blood pressure is concerned from what i researched ,topaz in general staunches the flow of blood.it was used as a protective stone. especially against negative magic. this stone was thought to be extra protective if worn on sundays and tuesdays.

blue topaz is usually sold as either in irradiated form or is naural.In the irradiared form they are colored in three types. Sky blue aka Carribean blue,Swiss blue and London blue. smoky topaz: doesn't exist. it is actually a trade name for smoky quartz.


pink topaz is also an irradiated topaz and like blue is natural but rare. natural forms are pink-orange. and in some cases a very transparent pinkish peach.. good for leos. also helps you with unconditional love.

white topaz:aka clear topaz and silver topaz. looks clear like quartz crystal.and sometimes mistaken for a diamond. works on all chakras. helps takes on new projects.helps with astral travel and loosing your fear of it.
